That was a terrible job, but I think watching it back several times that the Wind killed it and he just totally misplayed it. He starting sliding over and it looked like he thought it was coming down near the goal line - the way it landed and bounced straight backwards makes me think the wind played havoc and pushed the ball down fast and shorter than expected. It looked like it was passed the up man and then just died in the air. Overall - it looked like a lack of kick off experience by McKenzie coupled with a major lack of familiarity with the wind in the stadium and a very unlucky set of bounces - the first right to a Washington player that then fumbled the ball backwards 10 yards to the kicker. It was a 1 in a million shot that I doubt they could recreate if they tried. Still that is all on McKenzie - he has got to catch that ball.
