It depends upon the internet browser you're using and how it interacts with the Bills site/your settings I can watch them every time with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome but never with Firefox. I'll have to test on the pc I'm saying this as a web developer and networking engineer so I know what it takes / understand how to build websites properly.
