Trump’s decision to fire the woman who reported that job numbers were down isn’t just a petty reaction - it’s part of a long, dangerous pattern.

 

Every time reality challenged the image he wanted to project, he didn’t adjust the policy he punished the messenger.

 

It’s the same pattern that defined his catastrophic handling of COVID.
