I dont like that idea as kicking plays to big a part already 22 hours ago, HalftimeAdjustment said: No. Teams that blocked a PAT would run it down to the 1 yard line and fall down, so that they had 1st and goal for a TD. The 2 point return would never happen except in 1 point games in the 4th. Good call out
billsfan89
The fact that you can return a blocked PAT for a 2pt conversion is enough of an incentive to block the kick beyond stopping the conversion. I don't hate the idea but it is an esoteric enough situation where more merit is not needed.
Jrb1979
The only rule I would love to see the NFL adopt is one the CFL has. No more fair catches instead you have to give the receiving player 5 yards to make a play or its a 10 yard penalty. It makes for some exciting returns. Steve O
Here's another idea for rule change...make pass interference a reviewable call (where is that darn sarcasm emoji?)

Currently a blocked PAT can be returned for 2 points but there is no other reward. Let's say they recover the ball and tackled near mid-field. They can elect to take the ball there. Flame away I thought you were going to propose a new penalty be assessed if a team's fan base complains about a call. I would have been against that because, well, just because.
