I’ll be smoking: -3 fatties -10lbs of pork belly burnt ends -1 rack of ribs (was sitting in my freezer) ill also be reverse searing on my Hemileayan salt block: -3lb Tomahawk Ribeye -16 boneless pork chops and for desert I’ll be smoking: -2 dozen Boston’s creme, Paula’s Doughnuts with bacon on top 1

Does the chocolate frosting melt off in the smoker?
