Maybe a sworn statement, I, State your screen name, agree to remain silent until about any bullsh**t rumors or draft guessing until the actual pick has been made. We wind up with #2, the Giants wind up with #4 (pick Barkley) and some other picks, and the Browns get #12 and #22. Makes sense for everyone involved.
