No doubt he could have been worse off, but did you see how he shattered the windshield of the bus with his body during impact!? And then he skidded a long way on his side with only short sleeves on. His left forearm below the elbow was probably pure road rash. This looks like one of those incidents where the guy is so much in shock he gets up and continues on his way; in another few seconds or couple of minutes he probably collapsed from the adrenaline dump and went on his way to the hospital with who knows what kind of damage.
