Enjoyed this song/story

Thanks

The guy is a great writer and storyteller.  Pick a random topic (maybe anything other than sci-fi) and I’ll. Bet I can link a great song.  Go.

This one is the topic, but not (quite) a toothpick.  Almost.

Big Johnny Cash fan, another great story teller

Some of Knopflers music reminds me of him.

Pretty damn good band that have always had a big following in WNY too.  This documentary will be a good introduction to them then because it takes you all the way back to their roots and it's a fun watch with tons of concert footage and behind the scenes video of them touring in their early days.  It's a 4 part series and each episode is over an hour so give yourself some time to spread it out.  I just watched Part 2 this morning so I'm only halfway through.  My Dad was a big Hip fan and got me into them so wanted to start watching some of it for some conversation topics when we got together for Father's Day today.  If you watch it let me know what you think
