SO he is a Running back that has arm strength?

to quote the Raven "We made him be a quarterback" and he failed at it.

IMO, the Bills will not win constantly with Taylor at QB, he doesn't see the field or read a defense. He is a one read and then scramble around and hopefully he can find someone to throw the ball at.

I don't think that is what he is saying. I think that what Dave is saying is that if they have to play 45 minutes because the offense scored 28 quick points, that's fine. It's better to play 45 minutes with points on the board than 28 minutes without. Scoring trumps time of possession in any scenario. You never see a team complain after running a punt back for a TD because the defense has to go right back on the field.

For an extreme example, think about the Bills D during the K-Gun years. My recollection (could be skewed) is that Kelly was actually very streaky in his 1st half play. Sometimes the Bills scored quickly, sometimes they had successive 3-and-outs. Didn't matter, the D did their thing and kept handing the ball back to the O until the O got some rhythm and got something going.
