Whether it was elite vs not elite in 2014 dictates salary cap room and contracts? Do our capologists know that RR schemes and if fans on message boards believe a team was elite are the true variables for maintaining cap space? This is all news to me. I'd even contemplate him in a trade-down scenario. He has what cannot be taught; hopefully he doesn't have too much of what can't be fixed. You take the risk IMO. Not every one of these 1st round talent guys who fall are successful, but the ones that do are usually great bang for your buck.
