Offensive PI gets 10, should be 10 and loss of down No way. DBs would be hauling guys down all over the place, especially with the game on the line. A PI call can be just as game changing as a turnover. And agree The truth hurts. Change illegal contact to a spot foul up to a max of 15 yards - not an automatic first down.
