Over by old dominion university in norfolk. Owners from upstate, best wings in town, dirty plates and a nice blue and red decor. If you went to smokies I probably have seen ya. Could eat and drink all day for 20 bucks. Wish it didn't fall apart. Pm me if you need dirty buffalo info. I have the ticket but might hit the buffalo next year for Sunday day games.
