GunnerBill Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 There is no way we could even put a good enough deal together to move up for a QB at that point; which most likely gives us a wasted 2015 as well. That leaves us with another year of EJ or another blah type FA QB...Honestly, where does that get us? And then a year or 2 with another rookie where you have to be patient for him to develop. If EJ doesn't work out it keeps us another 3 years minimum away from being where we want to be at the QB position.... by that point the roster we have (which most agree is pretty strong) will be in need of restocking. They have to be all in on EJ this year and we have to pray that he shows progressive signs. If he doesn't and an Eli Manning does by some set of circumstances hit FA next off season then we have to make the move. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
