RK_BillsFan Posted February 28, 2014 Share Posted February 28, 2014 I am almost positive at this point that the Bills will trade down from the 9th spot but no further down than the spot before the phins/jets (unless someone gives them some ridiculous trade that i think only the browns or niners could even offer. They are just too many players that could be drafted this year and make an immediate impact. If we had an additional second and third it would be amazing. Just do you're own mocks with 2 extra picks.
