Have to give that Company a lot of credit. Whatever the cost, the publicity and customer goodwill, will make it worth while for them. It's likely more cost effective than advertising on TV, and it's gets the employees together to do something worthwhile as a team.

 

I don't know about Canada but I do know that in the USA, "airlines" would be content to put their came on the wall, and on the plane, and have everybody else work as a short term contract type person, usually part-time, with low pay and no benefits. Whenever you hear a "bad" airline story it's usually because the people are; untrained, understaffed, overworked, have zero interest in your traveling experience, and generally don't sh*t about the passengers. Add TSA to the equation and you have an additional level of fun!
