gjv001
On offense Fred Jackson is that leader. But on defense I'm not sure we have such a player. Someone like Daryl Talley, in the good old days, who seem to keep everyone focused.

BillsLikeBuffalo
Kyle Williams is the defensive captain...and don't forget about Eric Wood on offense Hopefully Darius will step into more of a leadership role in the future

I do not think Dareus is going to be a leader, nothing against him. I just see others being better suited. Manny Lawson is 29 and on a 4 year contract, he will have a leadership role, likely a role model. Mario Williams will always be a leader some way or form due to him being Mario Williams. Aaron Williams is someone I think that posses the enthusiasm and energy to be an emotional leader. Kyle Williams at this time, though, is the captain and head leader. VirginiaMike
I would go with Kyle Williams at this point in time. In a year or two, I think Kiki can fill that role -- although not a vocal guy he can lead by example. He is also on the field for most of the plays. Don't you ever refer to the Legend as "Kiki" on here again or that will be a lifetime ban
