This is his 4th year and hasn't figured out what you expect a first round RB to figure out in their first season, namely how to run north instead of east/west. He will break the occasional long one which can give him a very good YPC, but his overall effectiveness is usually not very good. If he needs space to be effective, and it certainly seems like he does, I'd consider turning him into a slot receiver. Have SJ13 work with him the rest of this season and see if that works.
