There is often a difference between official Combine times and the best time a guy has run the 40. Goodwin has run a sub 4.2. Those numbers look better than the official combine times. There weren't a lot of world events that used the 110 yard distance so now they call it "world's best" not world record, which is pretty stupid. But he was remarkably fast, especially for a big guy.
