If Indy loses in that situation the SOS will be tied then it will come down to conference and division records which the Bengals have better in both categories so it looks like the Bills will have the #3 pick. #1 Luck, #2 Fairely, #3 Dareus, or #1 Luck #2 Dareus, #3 Fairely.
