KC declined the penalty, thus the play stood as executed, and the clock should've started running at that point. Instead, it froze at 37 and gave them an extra down and more time to plan. The Bills are cursed, but the last 2 drives management were completely DUMB, ill affected or what you want. You can't fight curse and dumbness at the same time. I' ve lost faith, to say. With that amount of time left, run the ball at least once, let the time run a bit, and make it so either you're going to win the game or tie.
