My service is supposed to be 1.5 M down. i got as far as the form to fill out for a government agency about my internet connection and turned around as well. at work, we usually use http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ i just got: 5.04Mbps Down 2.98Mbps Up Comcast Atlanta, GA I've seen that go as high as 24Mbps down and 10Mbps up, but that was before Comcast went to tiered package pricing.
