  1. I can't believe I'm still watching this disaster!
  2. Where are all the EJ lovers at now?!
  3. This is an f@!cking embarrassment!!
  4. The block Robert Woods made on TT's rushing TD was incredible! Woods blasted the Titans defender so hard that he threw him into another Titans defender and knocked both of them to the ground.
  5. Rex needs to start benching these clowns for this BS!
  6. I miss Jim Schwartz
  7. Play calling on both sides of the ball suck today! It's like déjà va from the Patriots game minus the opening drive TD.
  8. Gotta give Whaley some credit on drafting Darby and Karlos Williams as they had some character issues by which teams shied away from both players. I like that Whaley has no problem taking a risk on players like that, Incognito, Harvin and Henderson as they all are proving to be well worth the risk. Marv Levy as GM wanted the high character, nice boy type, but those guys weren't great, let alone good players. Also gotta give credit to Whaley for not resigning guys like Byrd, Spiller and Levitre. Byrd has yet to play for the Saints this season and if I'm not mistaken he barely played last year? Levitre has been a flop outside of Buffalo. Spiller is barely being used in New Orleans and has been hurt.
  9. So you're saying just because the Bills lost yesterday that it automatically means the Pats will beat the Bills again later on in the season and they should already be crowned division champs? I think it is way too premature for that.
  10. I hope we beat the Patriots just like we did in 2003 (31-0).
  11. I wasn't too surprised at the outcome. I figured the offense would be better with having a quality OC, more weapons at key positions, plus having an unknown at QB which would make it hard for the Colts to game plan against. I was surprised that the Bills D held the Colts to 14 points, especially with Dareus out. Here are some of my takeaways from the game: - McCoy had some good runs, but was bottled up for most of the game. I really like what he can do when he catches the ball as he was very effective in the passing game. - Karlos Williams, now we know why the coaching staff was high on him. His first NFL carry goes for 29 yards and a TD. I think he will be a great compliment to McCoy. - Taylor had a good, effective day as was mostly playing game manager with 19 pass attempts. His 51 yard bomb to Harvin was great to see. Nice heads up play to be defender and swat down a possible INT. Great 30 yard run as well! - I liked what I saw from Charles Clay today and think he will be a great TE for the Bills. - I was worried about the secondary going into the game, especially Darby, but he rose to the occasion and played great. Gilmore had some great pass breakups as well, too bad he doesn't have better hands as he should of had a pick. - I loved how Rex kept Luck off-balanced today with pressure from all over the place. I like that he moves his personnel around and creates mismatches. - I was disappointed that they didn't get Watkins involved sooner in the passing game as they seemed to target him (only twice) late in the game. I know he was double-teamed all game long. Watkins had a great block to help spring Karlos Williams open for his TD. - My only real negative on the game was that once the Bills were up 24-0, they seemed to go into a prevent mode. I understand that the coaches wanted to run the ball and eat up the clock to keep Luck off the field, but I felt the Bills were moving the ball and scoring on the Colts and they should have kept it up. Too many times over the past 15 years have we seen the Bills blow a big lead and lose the game in the final moments. I'm glad it didn't happen this time. Overall, great game! There's a lot to be excited about with the Bills. It's going to take some time for the offense to really get going as they have a new offensive scheme and a lot of new players, but I can see the Bills having an explosive offense by the middle of the season. Go Bills!
  12. Great points! All 27 points were from the offense as there were no INT's, punt returns or kick returns for TD's.
  13. Yeah, compared to seeing the Bills be lucky to score 10 to 13 points a game in numerous games over the past 15 years, it's very hard to be impressed with scoring 27 points against a playoff team from a year ago
  14. But according to Patriots fans, everyone is "haters," "nobody likes a winner," "the NFL has it out for them," "Goodell has it out for them," "everyone is jealous!" It's amazing that Belichek is still allowed to coach in the NFL.
  15. Anyone know why Carpenter & Schmidt were having a heated conversation with the refs? Was another idiot fan shining a lazer pointer in Carpenter & Schmidt's eyes?
  16. It's painfully obvious after this case, Jonathan Vilma and other cases that have went before the courts and have the judge rule in favor of the player that the NFL needs to change their procedures in how they handle player discipline. Whether it be by a committee that hands out the punishments should be a first step.
  17. I understand the legal argument the judge was making. It seems the NFL needs to have, in writing, every single possible forms of cheating and what those punishments are in order for it to hold up in a court of law. Do you how long that would take and what a waste of time and money it would be?
  18. http://www.bostonherald.com/sports/patriots_nfl/the_blitz/2015/09/tom_brady_beats_roger_goodell_deflategate_suspension_nullified "The Court finds that Brady had no notice that he could receive a four-game suspension for general awareness of ball deflation by others or participation in any scheme to deflate footballs, and non-cooperation with the ensuing Investigation. Brady also had no notice that his discipline would be the equivalent of the discipline imposed upon a player who used performance enhancing drugs," Berman wrote in his decision" So, the NFL was suppose to catch Brady in the act first, then give him a warning saying "Tommy, you better not do that again, otherwise you're going to get a four game suspension?" That is bull ****! You know you're not suppose to steal the gameballs from the refs and deflate the balls to under the regulated psi. Saying he should have been warned by the league beforehand is a crock of ****. So what, are we supposed to tell criminals once they commit a violent act, let them commit the act first, then give them a verbal warning telling them that if they do it again they'll get punished? What kind of pussified nation have we become?
  19. Since punishments can be voided by a judge, then it's time players brought back stickem', use the clothesline, horsecollar tackle, getting jacked up like pro wrestlers etc...
  20. Don't get me wrong, I love Freddie just like the next Bills fan, but he's been declining and hasn't been able to stay healthy. With Freddie bonding with the community the way he did and always being a selfless player prolonged his career here in Buffalo. Otherwise, Freddie would have been out of here a few years ago. I hate to say it, but that's the harsh reality of professional sports, it's what have you done for me lately. Just look at Lee Evans, fans were pissed when the Bills traded him, but what happened, he played for the Ravens for one year, then was out of the league the next year. No player wants someone to tell them "your time is done," they would rather walk away on their own terms, but that can't always happen.
  21. My final four: Bills, Ravens, Seattle, and Green Bay Bills beat Green Bay to become the Superbowl champs!
