  1. Doesn't look like we will be signing Pisa. The Bears are deciding between him and Hood, and now the Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting that the Browns are close to signing Hood. We'll see what happens, but I bet he's a Bear in a day or two. http://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ssf/...ected_to_s.html
  2. due to video evidence. per nfl.com http://blogs.nfl.com/2009/05/18/bills-whit...-to-be-dropped/
  3. True, but then how do you explain Brandon Marshall. You need to be consistent
  4. do you agree? He says it will be a major upset to get it reduced. I just don't understand how Marshall could get his reduced to 1 but Lynch has to stay at 3. http://www.profootballweekly.com/PFW/The+W...9/afc051709.htm
  5. If that's true then he was either told not to by the Commish, or he and his agent are morons
  6. oops sorry. I thought you were telling me in an earlier post to send out the TimGraham signal? Didn't see you did the same yourself as well
  7. Hey Tim, (As I posted earlier, can you help me on this one) Everyone kept saying, Marshawn will appeal the suspension and get 1-2 games not 3. Why hasn't he appealed yet? What is he waiting for? Is there a chance that after his talk with Goddell he was informed he has to keep it at 3? I just don't get it.

  9. 500,000 for a 4800 square foot house! That wouldn't get you a decent one bedroom apartment in NYC. Wow!
  10. I understand. My reason for writing this post had more to do with Peters as a pass protector than anything. I was just curious if he might have given up a bunch of sacks with Losman behind center, running around like an idiot in the backfield. A lot of people were basing his terrible season on these sack numbers alone (which I will not defend by the way) I was just curious if he gave up more of them with Losman. In that case, I give him a little more slack
  11. recent news on Levi per rotoworld: The player rep for free agent OT Levi Jones admitted Monday that his client may have to wait for the summer to sign with a team. Jones is recovering from extensive leg surgery and probably couldn't pass physicals. The Cardinals and Redskins have already denied any interest. Source: Arizona Republic
  12. I'm not sure if I ever saw this talked about, and if it has been then I apologize. First off, the numbers KC Joyner provided shows that when it comes to run blocking, even with his 11.5 sacks in 13 games, Peters is a beast. Second, I was wondering if a bulk of Peters sacks came when J.P. took over while Trent was out. Losman was prone to a lot of sacks for his constant scrambling, and I was wondering if Peters' inflated sack totals might have been due to Losman. Just throwing it out there because I was curious. Please don't kill me
  13. Hey Tim, thanks again for coming on this board to chat with us. I was wondering, with a hole still at OLB, whether the Bills would take a look at Pisa Tinoisamoa? He was the leading tackler on the Rams last year, but I guess they don't see him as a fit. He's a bit undersized, but that's how our defense plays, and he could play the SAM (weak side for everyone else) in the Tampa 2. Thoughts?
  14. This is such a weird naming for a stadium. Land Shark is a beer made out of the Margaritaville brewery owned by Jimmy Buffett, and it is distributed by Anheuser-Busch-In-Bev. It's just a small beer company. I have no idea how they got the naming rights for the whole stadium
  15. full post on wikipedia: May 8th, 2009. Levi Jones has agreed to pay the Buffalo Bills 25 million dollars over 5 years. This will give the Bills a 5 million dollar a year credit on there annual salary cap. Since 2010 is an ucapped year for the NFL the Bill will be awarded an extra 1st rd pick (#33) at the end of the 1st round in 2010. How do you add to the wikipedia page? can anyone do it?
  16. HAHAH. Now it says Levi Jones is going to pay the Bills $25 mil over 5 years
  17. per rotoworld: SKOOBY the longtime Buffalo Bills poster was released by the Bills earlier today in a strange move. Denver, Minnesota, and Carolina have immediately shown interest. It's unknown who the frontrunner is, but if they drive better than a Buick, chances of landing the FA are good
  18. As the previous poster mentioned, the author states that Peters graded over 90%. Everyone complained about his sack numbers, but he was still a beast in the run game. I am going to sorely miss him
  19. that's what I want to find out
  20. http://fifthdown.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/05...g-not-the-back/ I wonder who the other lineman was above 80%?
  21. per rotoworld: (sigh) The Cincinnati Enquirer calls free agent OT Levi Jones "doubtful" to land with the Bills. Buffalo is surprisingly satisfied with mobility-challenged Langston Walker on Trent Edwards' blind side. Jones is meeting with the Seahawks next week. http://news.cincinnati.com/article/2009050...iams++cut+Jones
  22. Wouldn't hurt to bring him in for depth at least. If he doesn't get hurt, which is a big if, then he can help a lot. Even if not we should definitely take a look
  23. no way, he projects as a guard. also, we gave them a 3rd and 4th this year. when do we get our OLB and a TE. I just think they don't view TE as a need at all
