Speaking only about logistics. 1. Timing - there were coaches available for the past three weeks. Those prime candidates now have new jobs. 2. Joe Brady - If the agreement with a new coach is Brady is entrenched as the OC for at least one more year then you are likely hiring another Defensive coach, which many people believe is what has held Allen back. 3. Who is out there that can out coach a Reid Spags combo? 4. If smitten with Joe Brady are you going to promote him to Head Coach and leave him with the play calling duties from the sideline and have Lou Anarumo as the DC? If he wants to make staff changes there pickings will be slimmer at this point in the coach hiring cycle.

Kincaid had like 6 drops in his whole college career. He has been a huge disappointment in two seasons. He can’t block so he isn’t in on goal line plays when he should be a matchup “nightmare”.
