  1. With the 5th pick of the 2024 NFL entry draft the LA Chargers are proud to select Malik Nabers, WR, LSU. @BuffaloBillyG is now on the clock. The Chargers were hoping to move back and pick up some draft capital, but the phones weren’t ringing. Although we had our eye on some of 1st round tackles, we couldn’t pass up the explosive playmaker from LSU. We envision Nabers and Herbert being a dynamic duo for years to come.
  2. Chargers are still listening to offers.
  3. The Chargers are willing to listen if anyone is interested in the 5th pick. Only serious offers please.
  4. Chargers, Bears, Vikings please
  5. With the 79th pick in the 2024 NFL draft the Atlanta Falcons are proud to select Dominick Puni, OT, Kansas. @Might Rather is now on the clock. With this selection we look toward developing another future starter on the line. With experience at both LT and RT as well as G, Puni will initially fill the swing tackle role. We see him sliding into a starting role in the next couple of seasons after we’ve had some time to coach him up.
  6. I like the plan, but I doubt Beane double dips. More likely nabs a DT or S in the 2nd. I’d love the big swing for Odunze or Nabers, but the move up for Thomas Jr is probably much more likely. I think his ceiling is as high as anyone’s, he’s just a little less polished. He’s less likely to step in this yea and be a true #1, but he could certainly develop into it.
  7. With the 74th pick in the 2024 NFL a draft the Atlanta Falcons are proud to select Jarrian Jones, CB, Florida State. @Logic is now on the clock. Having addressed the dline and WR in rounds 1 & 2 the Falcons look to improve the secondary. We’re hoping Jones can fit opposite AJ Terrell on the outside, but offers some versatility with the ability to shift inside as a big nickel. We like Jones level of compete, his ability to play the run, and his size speed combination.
  8. Sadly, likely only in Madden.
  9. Kinchens was tempting but I voted Fiske. He has the potential to be a long term contributor on the line.
  10. Do you remember the 20 years before his term?
  11. I heard there are off field concerns about him. No idea what they are though.
  12. I’d prefer that too, but I don’t think next years 2 holds near as much value (despite our 2 being end of round).
  13. I’d do this in a heartbeat! Nabers is the type of guy a team like this doesn’t get to add. He’s a top of the draft and likely top of the league receiver with elite traits. A guy that could potentially be better than Diggs was, and we’d have him on a rookie deal. You do it and don’t look back for a second. As for the other holes on the roster, like many I went into last year thinking we were too weak at MLB. I’m not saying we a TB at S or DT to come in and play at a pro bowl level, but I trust in Beane and McDermott to fill those holes.
  14. Honestly wanted Ladd in that spot but he went a few spots earlier. Pivoted to the next best WR on the board knowing we have 2 3rd’s to address other needs.
  15. With the 43rd pick in the 2024 NFL draft the Atlanta Falcons are pleased to select Keon Coleman, WR, Florida State. Having addressed the dline in round 1, we’re adding another huge target for Cousins on the outside. Few teams will have 2 corners with the size to stop Drake and Keon in the red zone. Combined with Pitts and Robinson and we’ve assembled an excellent supporting cast of skill players for our new franchise QB. @LEBills is now on the clock.
  16. Also, why wait for next year if you’re the G-men? You’re already at 6 in a strong QB draft. Why not just push in this year and move to top 4?
  17. With the 8th pick, the Atlanta Falcons are proud to select Dallas Turner DE, Alabama. @Logic Is now on the clock. With the offense in good shape after adding Cousins the Falcons take a big step in rebuilding the defense, starting with the pass rush.
  18. I’ll take the Falcons, or if taken, slot me in where needed.
  19. Fine addition as long as a) the contract is cheap and they intend on using the minimal cap space available on a starting safety and b) they intend on going WR in round 1
  20. Is it me, or do the Pats sign a TE every year FA?
  21. Depends on the contract of course, but I’m guessing Ridley, Samuel, and Hollywood all get paid to a certain degree. I’d be ok just adding a low tier receiver (like Scherfield) as long as we get our future #1 in the first round. Provided we’re healthy there aren’t a ton of targets available for our 2nd receiver this year anyway. Diggs, Kincaid, Shakir, Cook, and Knox are all going to get targets (hopefully in that order). I’d rather spend on whoever they see as the top safety available (Simmons?) and a RB that can thump like Dillon.
  22. Why can’t they go case by case to assemble the best team possible?
  23. Wait until he catches up to the rest of the news!
  24. Rather just take my chances with Linval Joseph in the middle now.
