He was charged with four counts.
1. Murder in the first.
2. Kidnapping
3. Sexual Battery on a incapacitated person.
4. Sexual battery
It's up to the jury if we feel he deserves the lessor counts of each accusation.
After murder in the first there are 3rd degree murder and then manslaughter. The lessor charge of kidnapping is false imprisonment and Sexual Battery stays the same.
I notice your location is Florida. I believe NY (and I know someone will correct me if I'm wrong) you can only try them on the charge brought forth by the DA. If they are not convicted on (in your case) murder in the first, then there can be a new case for a lessor charge. But they can never be re-tried on a higher charge for the same case.

I thought that the DA's office sets what the case will be tried as, not the jury. How can you want murder, kidnapping, and sex batt if the DA is trying them on manslaughter and FI?

I got out of jury duty a few years ago on the first day, not because of something I had said though. The defendant never showed up in court, so the judge issued an arrest warrant and let us all go, having "fufilled our obligation for the next 4 years".
I've got connections with several police agencies and lawyer offices, so it's doubtful they'd want me on a jury anyways. But for the average person, I would suggested becoming very aware of anything on the news about upcoming court cases. Read the newspaper, watch TV, so that if they question you, you can answer "well, the media says...." Lawyers hate when people base their opinion on what the media is saying about their client.

You could try getting Dell to cover a replacement drive since it's just a month out of warranty. And pigs could fly.
As for getting the drawer to open, look on the front of the drive for a small hole. Take a paper clip that's been straightened out, and push it into the hole, you will feel some resistance. Keep pushing till you see the drawer pop open. Pull it open the rest of the way with your hand. While it's open, hit the button and see if it goes back in by itself. If not, it's a bad drive, though I already suspect it is since the lights on all the time.

It is off of the Schedule at noon on the 13th, but at 2:00pm there is TBD (not TwoBillsDrive), and at 10:00 pm their is a Total Access with the Description of "Repeat from 2:00 PM". So I'd look for it to be on at 2:00 pm.
Skip ahead to the 14th, and they mention the schedule release at 6am.
Now, isn't the 6am show, a repeat of the previous days 7pm show?

Ok... if it's one of those "say your question at the tone" lines, just say jibberish. they'll route you to an operator (don't want to put those that can't talk right at a disadvantage).
I do that every time I call Apple about anything...

"Please hold while I transfer you to an operator..."
The best part is watching my coworkers look at me strange when I rattle off a line like that.
One company I call from time to time is like that. No press this button for this option, it's all voice recongnition. So I usally just babble something to get connect to an operator.

Apparently, one of the doctors said that he was contacted by a medical school collegue in 96 to make a donation to a charity he was starting in Iraq. The doctor says that he made a one time donation and it wasnt a large sum. Seems to me there were a lot of agents for a one time donation. I guess we will have to wait and see.
I wonder if it's related to the Dhafir trial. (please ignore the peacenik view. The doctor violated federal laws, plain and simple.)

At my GF's house, I can see 4 wireless networks in range. Only one is using any security.

Syracuse City Hall has wireless. A couple years ago, one of the local reporters went outside of the building and showed how much info she could get at with a wireless card. If I coud find a link to the story, I'd post it.

You're not the only one. I love the smell, just never got hooked on drinking it.
I used to work with one guy that would fix himself a cup, then forget where he left it. So he would go fix another cup. One day I gathered up the 5 or 6 cups he left around the office and put them on his desk. What I should have done is taped them all together, like this, but I wasn't such a cold hearted bastard back then.
