I may have found Hedd
Steely Dan replied to Jim in Anchorage's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
He's not doing anything illegal, yet. While I think that is going too far she's gonna have to get used to it. She's a walking character study who is trying to convince America that she's a lot smarter than she really is. I love how her Katie Couric interview was the product of the "Gotcha" media according to her when a lot of VP candidates, I assume, have been asked what they read and of those hundreds of candidates only one was a "Gotcha!" moment. Anybody, know why that is? (She's a freakin idiot who couldn't answer a simple question honestly. If she was thrown off guard by that question God forbid she ever becomes President.) JMO Maybe she is smart after all she reads "all of them". -

"We're sure to have a doozey to look forward to with this treasure he's penning. Wonder what kind of material he'll gather while overlooking Piper's bedroom, my little garden, and the family's swimming hole?" she wrote. McGinniss is renting the place "for the next five months or so," Palin wrote. Isn't that an inappropriate joke about a minor? Geez Sarah you'll have to ask for yourself to be fired. -
32 teams vs. one entity in the NFL

The revenue sharing agreements are voted on by the owners. So it's extremely possible, IMO, that the league would vote to make those things part of the revenue kitty. JMO -

I think you need to take into consideration that the NFL is a democratic league. Two teams won't be able to force a bad CBA on the other 30, IMO. -
Learning what? That you're full of ****. Believe me that's not news.

I should win this thing outright, just sayin.

Did I mention that I should win this thing outright?

If you ever watched the Dateline "To Catch a Predator" series all of the people who show up at the house are men. It was said that women just don't contact strangers over the internet like men do. For some reason I think there has to be a personal connection there. DB?

32 teams vs. one entity in the NFL

Linky Contracts Hang In Balance As NFL Case Kicks Off by Nina Totenberg January 13, 2010 None of the gamegoers NPR interviewed knew about Reebok's exclusive deal with the NFL, but everyone in the sports business knows. While few experts expect a broad ruling in favor of the NFL, if the league is declared a single entity, that could allow it to set higher prices for tickets, concessions, parking at games and even fees to join fantasy football leagues. Linky Saints' quarterback Drew Brees weighs in on NFL's Supreme Court case By Drew Brees Sunday, January 10, 2010 At the moment, the NFL Players Association and team owners are negotiating over a new collective bargaining agreement, and the threat of a lockout looms over the 2011 season. Historically, players have made significant gains, such as free agency, by challenging the NFL on antitrust grounds. If the Supreme Court rules that the league's 32 organizations constitute a single entity that is exempt from antitrust laws, players will lose this important leverage. Well there ya go. That is probably the underlying reason the NFL has been dragging it's feet on the new CBA. Now that the Supremes have ruled against them some significant progress may be made on the CBA front, hopefully. BTW, does anyone know how many cases in SC history have been decided 9-0? -

A little slow on the uptake, eh. Talk to the kid directly or merely have a conversation on the phone, but even that is risky.

IMO, this doesn't stop NFL teams from sharing the revenue from the sales just that each team can negotiate their own contracts. The new CBA will address this issue, I'm sure. -
Mysterious Spiral of Light in Norway

Well, that didn't take long; Linky Canadian UFO Spiral hoaxer comes forward May 24, 8:30 AM Pacific Time - TheWeatherSpace Space Stories - Betty Morgan What looked like numerous photographs and videos of a ship entering the cosmos was actually put together by not a team, but one person. Kevin Martin, a Southern California Weatherman has come forward as the hoaxer to what is likely the biggest hoax ever created. Martin claims he e-mailed the material to TheWeatherSpace.com in an effort to test a theory of his out. "Who is more gullible, Americans or Europeans?", asked Martin. "A growing number of conspiracy theorists are American, while Europe seems to have their head on straighter to the facts. I decided to test it out with a half done CGI video and photoshop photo stills, sending it to Betty Morgan at TheWeatherSpace.com Space News section." Martin claims that his theory was correct, Europeans have a better handle on reality than Americans. At the above link you can find the new video he made and This page has the original video. I was right! It was Shenanigans. Are you going to pistol whip yourself now? -
I'm going with David Nelson.

Mysterious Spiral of Light in Norway

This guy does an excellent job debunking the video footage. Linky May 23rd, 2010 Canadian UFO Spiral -- Not a Missile this Time? Written by:Jimmy Published on May 23rd, 2010 @ 12:22:41 pm , using 576 words, 38 views A photo published at Weatherspace claims to show the same event from the ground, but portrays a complex spiral path that doesn't show up in the two videos. This sort of image could be computer generated or created physically by image overlay. The videos don't back it up. Witnesses commenting on the two videos and also claiming to have seen the event mention that the lights in the sky did not illuminate any ground objects. While I've noticed something similar to that in encounters I do consider real, in this case it's a too convenient explanation of why no one noticed what was happening and why you don't see that in the videos. Unless you were looking directly at it, you wouldn't know it was up there. The likeliest explanation is that the event is fake and this is mentioned just to cover up faults in the footage. In the plane video, the object does light up the tip of the wing and part of the cloud layer, but only within the sphere of the expanding object. That either places the object about thirty feet from the plane or means the image is superimposed. We'll have to wait and see how many people come forward with substantiating evidence and stories. Anything visible over a major city, as this event was, should have caught the attention of hundreds, if not thousands, who happened to be looking in the right direction at the right time. If we learned anything from the Norway Spiral it's that lots of us are watching, all the time. -

And now a spiral light over Canada!! http://www.theweatherspace.com/news/images/52210a.jpg This was caught on film. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSZQIKZqayU Linky Was there another strange temporal spiral similar to the unknown and yet unexplained Norway Spiral seen and heard across Western Canada yesterday? Footage from an airliner has surfaced with the event horizon from two different angles. It is extremely unusual and does look alot like the Norwegian spiral in many ways. I'm calling shenanigans on this one. The film is too good IMO. I've yet to see a serious news outlet pick this story up. I also didn't read about numerous people calling the police or being interviewed other than the three photographers. The airplane footage is way too good, IMO. One would think it would be a little shakier. I say this is debunked within a couple of weeks. JMO -

Trump had to pick Bret or risk being the most hated man in America. I'm not saying Bret didn't deserve to win, just that it was close and I think that tipped the scales. JMO I'm glad he won, HRP came off a bit skeevy to me. -
I think that was meant for Travis Henry. Some people have to look for the gloomiest things about somebody. If he could put on 10 pounds without losing speed it would be better for him but it's totally unnecessary. Kelly is a reliable source so I believe Lynch was pulled over 50 times or more but that says more about the police than Lynch, JMO An AA friend of mine was pulled over several years ago because the cop was "thinking about buying a car like his and he just wanted to check it out", y'know things like how much trunk space it has. What's even funnier is some dimwit here said that maybe the cop was just interested in the car. Some people here are greatly disconnected from reality and they really don't want to be connected. I believe that most white people in Buffalo wouldn't be cited for loud music, they'd probably just ask them to turn it down. A lot of people like to tear down the famous riding a high and then rebuild them again later. If somebody changes the public will put them on a pedestal again, if the charges aren't really serious (I'm talking to you Big Ben), If Lynch continues to say all the right stuff and work hard and come out with another great season a lot of transgressions will be ignored. JMO You said it! Keep the negroes away from TBD. (That was a joke for those of you who don't get it.)

I highlighted the parts that will show you it was sarcasm. I don't know, Leaf was not only a bust but a huge douche too. And money is relevant to his football abilities, how? This is relevant to his work ethic, how? If you think that just because he has more money and athletic talent that he has a harder work ethic than most people here you're wrong. Anybody here with that talent could do as well as him. A lot here could do more just by putting a little more effort in to maximize their talents.

She's probably going to lose her state's drivers license but I wonder if they'll let her keep her NASCAR license. I wonder if she's related to GrannyMozes? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nwo42HnI2bM
