Tim Graham defends the Patriots claim to
Steely Dan replied to BLZFAN4LIFE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is why I think they qualify as the team that has the most bandwagon fans right now. What he said. What he said. I think Texans are dyed in the wool Cowboys fans and when they bandwagoners jump it's for the Cowboys. I'd imagine there would be a lot of ridicule for any Texan in Pets* gear. America's team would only encompass 50 states. North America's team encompasses all of the fifty states and Canada's provinces as well as the other 21 countries that make up the North American continent. Is it true of the Bills? Probably not but that's what TO was getting at. He was greatly complimenting the Bills. JMO As long as Brady is their QB and they keep having winning seasons then they will remain America's team. JMO To us it did but to Pets* fans it doesn't at all. They will all tell you that every team does that they're just the ones who got caught. Total BS but a lot of us might think the same if the Bills were caught doing something like that. JMO -

Excuse me for a second ........... Ok, now that I've thrown everything up I can write this. He's right. Right now I think the Pets have the most bandwagon fans of any team in the country. IMO, that defines America's team. The Cowboys were given the moniker "America's Team" by themselves when they were the kings of bandwagon fans. I think the Pets are in that situation now. Some of the gloss has eroded from them a little but enough to keep them in the most bandwagon fans category. JMO -
Good news for Alaskans - Palin resigning
Steely Dan replied to PastaJoe's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The whole idea of Sarah Palin stepping away from the Republican party is something a lot of Republicans think she should do. To be absolutely honest I would love for her to stick around the party. Nobody makes the Republicans look more foolish or idiotic. If she wins the Republican nomination in 2012 I'll commit hari-kari. Obama's bankrupting the country? The economy was in such good shape before. When Reagan and Bush were racking up huge deficits nobody seemed to care. Now that the other parties guy is in there it suddenly becomes a problem. Do you think it would be better to let all of the industries fail? I'm not a big fan of huge deficit spending but I can't think of anything else they could do that wouldn't make an incredible loss of jobs and that would be worse than not trying to prop them up. -
Michael Jackson dead - Cardiac Arrest

Are you an "Elitist" for criticizing the overhype of Jackson's media coverage? HOWARD KURTZ: Don't you feel deep down that this is overdoing it? DON LEMON, CNN ANCHOR: No, I don't feel it's overdoing it. And I don't -- and when I hear people say that, I have to be very honest with you, Howie, I think it's elitist. I don't remember -- I'm sure there was some criticism when there was the coverage of Princess Diana's death, but I don't think that there was this sort of criticism that we're having with Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson is an accidental civil rights leader, an accidental pioneer. He broke ground and barriers in so many different realms in artistry, in pictures, in movies, in music, you name it. So, no, I don't think it's overkill. -
LINKY BOGOTA (Reuters) - A Colombian soccer player shot and killed a fan for calling him "lousy" on Sunday, days after the player's team lost a local championship, police said.

Conservatives weigh in on her decision. Linky Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, who ran unsuccessfully for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008, noted that Palin will remain in the media spotlight regardless of whether she is governor. "The challenge that she's going to have is that there will be people who will say, 'Look, if they chased you out of this, it won't get any easier at other levels,' " Huckabee said. "It could be a brilliant strategy. The point is, we don't know." Huckabee called a presidential campaign "brutal" and said a Republican primary will ratchet up the pressure on Palin. "When your opponents within your own team spend millions of dollars to redefine you, it's very, very difficult," Huckabee said. -
On July 4, the U.S. Park Police arrested Barry and charged him with misdemeanor stalking. _________________________________________________________________________ Barry's other run-ins with the law have included a federal sting operation in 1990, when he was mayor. Surveillance cameras caught him smoking crack cocaine in a hotel room. Despite his fall from grace, he was re-elected in 1994 to a four-year term as mayor. In his latest political comeback in 2004, Barry won a seat on the D.C. Council, on which he continues to serve. Barry was arrested in 2002 when traces of marijuana and cocaine were found in his car after he was stopped in the Buzzard Point area of Southwest D.C. No charges were filed, and Barry claimed that the drugs were planted. And in 2006, Park Police officers stopped him for driving too slowly, prompting him to accuse authorities of targeting him. Barry had been on probation since 2005 for not filing or paying income taxes for several years. Last year he again failed to file a tax return, and his probation was extended to May 2011, according to the Washington City Paper. What the hell does this guy have to do in order for people to stop voting for him?! I think he may be able to get away with molesting a child on film and idiots would keep electing him. Unbelievable.

The FBI is not investigating Palin. Linky "Normally, we don't confirm or deny those kind of allegations out there. But, by not doing so, it just casts her in a very bad light," said FBI Special Agent Eric Gonzalez, who confirmed for CNN the statement he made to the Anchorage Daily News. "There is just no truth to those rumors out there in the blogosphere." Gonzalez told The Los Angeles Times that there was "no wiggle room" in his comments for any kind of inquiry. -
Steve McNair found shot to death

Here's more on the subject. Have fun watching some of this crapola. Doesn't it make you sick that an alleged child molester and certified nut is getting so much attention to his burial when over 4,000 soldiers who lost their lives in Iraq are barely ever mentioned in the media. -

If you have Google Earth type in Neverland Ranch and it'll take you there. Interesting to see from the air. -

A friend of mine believes that the planes that hit the towers were actually military planes and there's a big conspiracy to cover it up. The towers imploded like they were professionally destroyed and tower seven didn't implode until hours later. When I ask what they did with all of the people who were on the planes he seems a bit hedgy. He isn't willing to admit the government exterminated them. -
That's MR. sucka! to you! That's what the guy interviewed said. It will be very interesting to see what happened here.

Sorry, I tried to make that say something I couldn't do very well. I only meant to point out the PH was killed similarly if this is what happened. I think you're right about men being way over on the side of killing women. -
I'm amazed it took nine posts til that was said.

I'm not saying you're wrong but I believe Phil Hartman's murder was a M/S by his wife and just an interesting tie in here. -

It seems that is not an uncommon lie that people will tell their mistress' or mimbo's to string them along. Unfortunately most believe it. I gotta lie down. Deerball is posting stuff that makes sense. I must be hallucinating! -

You're post came at 1:13. I posted this below in response to someone asking why they weren't looking for anyone and only going with a murder suicide theory. It is my fault for not being completely clear on some stuff and I can kinda see where a misinterpretation could be made. My post above was defending the murder suicide theory because I had changed to the murder suicide one based on new (reported) evidence. -

Not just this week but if they can figure out a way to get Neverland zoned for a museum it will continue way into the future. I think there is a reasonable chance it may happen. The main gate will probably never be used again but with all of his land I'm thinking there has to be an area suitable for an entrance and parking lot. I don't know if his property is surrounded by property owned by others or if there is some of it up against a road out of an area that would find it disturbing. JMO -

News story. Look on the right, there is a menu to choose from. One of the choices is the Disney Crash and is an interview with a former monorail driver.

Linky Guess who's paying for the MJ memorial? The whole 2.5 million shmere. ETA: The city is going to be getting a lot of tax revenue from hotel stays, restaurant taxes, rental cars, gas and other things to. It may actually end up making money for them. -
That episode was written by Conan O'Brien. They have to fill time somehow.

Steve McNair found shot to death
Steely Dan replied to Cornerville's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Where do I say the sick need to kill is a part of this case? I don't. I'm merely pointing out that there is one other thing murders can be related to. The sick need to kill by some people. You are interpreting that in a way it wasn't meant. I never said "In this case...". Read above. I wasn't trying to diagnose a crime scene I was just offering insight on murders that I've gleaned from many different sources. You have done this yourself. If a person is shot or stabbed once or twice to kill them then it could be a stranger. If someone is shot or stabbed to the point of overkill it's usually somebody that has a passionate reason for killing the person. JMO Shut up jerkface. What evidence do you have that the Russians are responsible for this!! -
