If KC is trying to use that as a reason to void his contract I think they are shooting themselves in the foot. I can't see too many FA's looking at that favorably. It carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. I wonder how long this suspension will cost him. Well it looks like Cleveland is getting the better of this deal.
