IIRC, it really pissed of the Iranians and IMO made strained relations with Iran an awful lot worse and that led to the taking of the American hostages. I think without that our relations with Iran may be a little better.

The shooting at him, the accusations of the woman (who had inconsistencies in her story, the rape allegations) I think there's more I'm forgetting. After the stories seemed to be all BS I changed my mind and when the Bills drafted him I assumed they had vetted him well. So I was with you for awhile but changed my mind. Looks like you were right. Warner makes it that way. If he didn't have the Jesus freak thing going on it never would've come up. JMO
