  1. Hello All, I've met several of you throughout my journey as I Quested for 31 over the last four years. As a native of Lancaster, NY, I return to Ralph Wilson Stadium for a game each year from my current home in Detroit, MI to reunite with family and friends and I wanted to pass along that I did finally complete my Quest to attend an NFL game in each stadium across the league as a home team fan. My last stadium was the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans. I also wanted to take the time to thank you all for your support over the course of my Stadium Trek. The article below, summarizing its completion, appeared in the Times-Picayune down in New Orleans today. Hans NFL superfan ranks the Superdome as one of the best places for a 'football experience' By Doug MacCash, The Times-Picayune
  2. I am planning to be out there to support Kenny. I should be finishing my Quest for 31 (a journey to see a game in every stadium in the NFL) this year with plans to visit my "Final Five" - DEN, NO, NY, BAL, and WAS, in place for this year.
  3. It's been interesting to just watch this all unravel. The conspriacy theorists are in full force backing a full congressional investigation and Patriots fans are reeling to substantiate their tainted championships. It's just interesting to sit back and watch it all. Ran across an intersting conspiracy website - www.tinfoilonmyhead.com. Pretty funny.
  4. I think the point is that when the Bills drafted Hardy, they were aware of some character issues, but dimissed them based on his word that those things were behind him. By being involved in the gun pulling incident, it brings bad press to James Hardy, to the Buffalo Bills organiation and to the scouting department that convinced the organization that the so-called charater issues were behind him. Regardless of whether of not the gun went off, after having the Bills invest highly in this young man, he should know better than to put himself in a situation like this. I, for one, am embarrassed that this guy is a Buffalo Bill.
  5. I listen to WGR every morning from Detroit. I posted a link on my website that works every time. Goto my Buffalo Bills Page and scroll down to the WGR link on the right hand side of the page. It will work.
  6. I find it almost comical how these conspiracy theorists won't let this story die. But the longer it hangs around the more we begin to peel back the layers of the onion to reveal some kind of inappropriate behavior within the Patriots organization. The internet has really given these folks a universal medium to explore and express these opinons in a forum that allows them to be heard. I just ran across this Patriot Conspiracy website www.tinfoilonmyhead.com ... some people have way too much time on their hands.
  7. Mel Keiper doesn't like the Buffalo Bills. He always gives us a bad draft grade. The Marv Levy era and psot Levy has been full of high character guys that produce onthe field. I've been very happy with the last few drafts including this one. This year the Bills addressed our glaring needs and added some depth. I think the Bills scouting department does a fair job of evaualting talent. I like the young, talented team they are putting on the field.
  8. I really don't like Davis. if they are going TE, I'd rather it wasn't him.
  9. I would not mind seeing the Bills go Steven Justice, Center from Wake Forest.
  10. I think you're right. I don't like grabbing a tight end at this spot Davis and Rucker are kinda weak. Davis is definitely a problem child. I'd like to wait another couple rounds and maybe grab the Louisville tight end, Gary Barnidge. He's not a burner, but he's got great hands, good size, solid character guy.
  11. Looks like its an undersized corner, good third corner. Goes to the ball. I like the pick. I'm not sold on Davis at this spot.
  12. We'll see soon. Bills on the clock. I don't know if Davis is the guy at this spot. I'd like to see the Bills take another linebacker.
  13. I guess you can work on a guy's hands, but you can't do much about his attitude, and I agree, we need something more than Royal and some cast offs from the other teams (who do we have Courtney Anderson and ???). If it has to be a tight end, I guess it's Rucker. If they wait to grab one I wouldn't be disappointed though.
  14. I don't know. Both guys seem kinda weak. Davis is cocky and lazy, Rucker's knock is that he can't block and drops a lot of balls. Neither guy is much of a blocker or pass catcher. Davis has the size but sounds like a problem child.
  15. Love it! Finally a red zone threat. 4.45 speed is not bad.
  16. I say we grab one of these tall, quick guys. The tught end can be addressed later. We will not get another chance to select a day-one contributor at teh wide receiver position later in this draft. We have to provide Lee Evans with a reason to stick around and sign another contract with Buffalo. That reason is James Hardy.
  17. Do we really like Kelly? The speed is a concern. I like the other guys sitting at 6'3" / 6'6". You have yourself some real red zone targets there. My vote is for the selection of James Hardy.
  18. I like how the Bills are perched, with the option to look at Hardy or Sweed. Things have really fallen into place.
  19. I like the pick. I like the value at 11, a player at a position of great need, and a chance to take the top rated corner on your board. Not a flashy choice, but definitely a solid pick that shores up a major hole inthe dyke.
  20. Hopefully grab a tall WR in the second round. We have our choice of the top rated corner on our board.
