  1. I listened. I cried.
  2. I remember when we said the same thing after the Bears/Lions/Vikings games
  3. Given her history id say it's warranted
  4. K thanks bye
  5. The Bills are 4-2 against the Chiefs over the last six seasons. They've never lost twice in a row.
  6. ...and six different GM/HC combinations.
  7. Bucs, Jets, Raiders, or reprise roles for Rams or Titans--where do we think Fitz will start next year?
  8. I know. I was about to post the same response to him. Instead I responded was something equally preposterous to what he suggested.
  9. If Kyle Orton's name was Tom Brady, he'd be Tom Brady.
  10. Probably inspired by Haywood Jubuzoff
  11. Probably my favorite posts of the 2014 season so far.
  12. Two years. He was suffering from Alzheimer's.
  13. Wow, only one post in to take a jab at NPR, huh? What took so long? My wife is totally bummed about this. Car Talk was what my dad and I listened to when we drove around running errands on Saturdays. A man could do much worse than infecting the world with joy. We need more people like him.
  14. They won it in 2009 and lost it in 2010.
  15. Can you imagine the national media butt hurt if Tom Terrific or Peyton took a cheap shot to the chops like Ben did last night?
  16. It's a foregone conclusion, IMO, and was--at best--debatable before the last two weeks. After the last two weeks, he's in. No questions asked.
  17. How's this for company, by TD%, Kyle Orton ranks 6th in the NFL behind: Peyton Manning Aaron Rodgers Philip Rivers Tom Brady Ben Roethlisberger* Roethlisberger's record-breaking 12 TD's in two weeks gives him more TD's over that span than all but 14 other NFL quarterbacks have thrown all season. Put more simply, only 15 QB's have 12 or more TD's this season. Big Ben has hit that mark in only 2 weeks. But anyways, it's pretty shocking to see Orton among THAT company for a pretty important stat. If he can put together a third quarter similar to the second quarter of the season, we should be sitting pretty!!
  18. Shut it down, fellas. Bills don't pass this guy's eyeball test.
  19. I'm with you. I'd like to see them come out swinging and try to score a ton of points early, forcing the Chiefs out of their small ball game to beat us. I'm not holding my breath that it'll happen though.
  20. Kelly, I think you won the Internet today. You talk about him being a good Bills ambassador. You're not so bad yourself.
  21. In defense of the line through 8 games, now going into the bye: they started training camp with their LT "injured," they did what they could to secure the LG spot in free agency, that flamed out (although not entirely unpredictably), the guy they spent a second round pick on has been a to-date bust and the project player the nabbed in the fifth has proven to be precisely that. Outside of Henderson, they whiffed across the board trying to shore up what was a weak spot last year. It just hasn't worked out for them. Now they have some stability, in that at least 3.5 positions are set coming out of the bye. And I'd expect a re-evaluation process to occur as we head into the latter portion of the season.
