I voted yes for Nix. The talent is there in most places on the team. I'm not sure about Gailey. offensively I never worry about the scheme and that we get the best out of the players we have. The offense has been far more productive despite the limitations we have. His game day decisions sometimes bug me, and the defense sucking for all 3 years is where I waver on his ability as a coach

When each game you play is your resume, you tend to play hard regardless and not hope they draft the guy that is going to replace you. Not to mention if I ever found a team was tanking games ala the NBA, I would have a real problem watching this game and justifying the time I spend talking/watching football.

Hopefully after this surgery Mario can be better. I was impressed with his ability on Sunday overall.

Didnt think about checking out NSF grants but Im going to get going on that. Ive looked at places like Nature Conservancy and Audobon and a few schools in the area. Social media is firing on all cylinders and I have resumes posted in more places than I can count. I have had a few conversations with people at DEC in Buffalo and someone at the EPA. Most of those have lead to taking my resume in case something opens in the future. I dont know anything about north of the border, not quite ready to go that route just yet but I'll get an Idea. 2 bachelor degrees which is like a HS diploma. One is Environmental Policy and one is psychology. Both useless on their own. Im hoping someone will look at my experiences more so than my diploma. ive worked for the NPS and NYS. I applied for a job just now at Buff State which sounded cool. basically doing Great Lakes research on a boat. Its all a waiting game now

I for one was not a fan of April. I thought when he became assistant HC he got more say than he should of on personal decisions. I think it was a big reason why we had to IR every LB in week 3 because our backups were pure special teamers. Just my theory, but I bet thats why he was bypassed by fewell for the interim job
