It appears they are ready for two of three to leave. Jason La Canfora writes via sources that the Falcons “figure” guard Harvey Dahl and tackle Tyson Clabo will get big deals elsewhere, and are “prepared for contingencies” for both leaving. Translation: They don’t expect to keep them. Left guard Justin Blalock wasn’t mentioned and will presumably be retained if at all possible. The Falcons have drafted heavily on the offensive line the last two years to prepare for this day, and apparently trust their system and young players enough to let Clabo and Dahl walk.

I totally understand where you are coming from on this one. With that being agreed on I think things are different now with this team. I have more hope with this coaching staff than ever. Adding one very good free agent for the off season would not be surprising to me or unreasonable. My fingers are crossed and would love to see this happen. I have a very good friend that lives in Atalanta and he mentioned to me the other day that the word around there is the Buffalo Bills are very interested in landing Claybo if the free agency period ever begins. I see good things for this team in the future. I have faith in Chan and the new coaching staff.

Someone please refresh my memory. Why did we let Jason Peters get away from us? We could have had a solid LT for the next 6 years on this team. Why?

Right now sitting here thinking about the draft in April I've come to a conclusion, our defense has been really bad for years! 1. No pressure on opposing teams QB's. It's a joke when Brady has 20 seconds to complete a pass. 2. Our LB's seem slow not the most gifted athlete's on the field. Maybe there is hope with Moats? 3. DT's .....we only have one decent one so far and that would be Kyle Williams. The jury is still out on last years pick Troupe. 3. CB's were pretty good in years past but all of a sudden with lingering injuries to McGee and others that not the case anymore. We could use another shut down CB in this years draft. I know that wouldn't be the most popular pick with our #3 but it may make lots of sense in building this D. From what I understand this Patrick Peterson kid is a real stud. If I were Buddy Nix and Chan going into this draft I would load up on defensive players. My first 4-5 picks would be defense and I would see who falls to me after that. Let's ride the Fitzpatrick wagon next year and repair our broken defense. It would be nice to see our defense be competitive once again! Buddy and Chan, please fix our defense. We need an infusion of talent and this years draft is a great place to start.

Come on Buffalo Bills, it's been way to long as a bottom feeder in the NFL. It sure would be nice to make a run in the playoffs sometime soon. Make the necessary changes in the off season and make this team a competitor once again! 1. Fix the defense, Make the personal adjustments in the off season. 2. Make sure the offensive line is what we need. 3. QB - draft one for the future? I'm happy with Fitz going into next season but make sure you don't pass up a future QB in this years draft. I'd even be happy to see a Kevin Kolb added to this franchise by making a trade with the Eagles. 4. Make those tough choices with our free agents and get rid of dead wood on this team. Bring in the young players and let's go forward with them. 5. FREE AGENCY...... you may have to over pay for one or two players to add to this team to help make us competitive next year. Get it done Buddy, get some solid play makers on this team . My suggestion would be to fix that defensive line first and then add from there. Just some stupid thoughts on my part. I really miss seeing our Buffalo Bills going into the playoffs! Ralph Wilson, if you are content with what we've had the last 10 years please go forward and sell the team. I love you man but we need a winner once again in Buffalo. I would like to see Buffalo's owners and managers be aggressive to making this a winner once again. I'm tired of being laughed at. Frez!
