    That's part of the equation. I just don't get trading away young players on rookie deals for picks unless they have proven to be busts.

    I think that the Bills FO is trying to build a long-term winner. That's how they keep their jobs. We, as fans, just want one before we die.

    Why do I have this terrible feeling that the Fins just won the AFC East and the SB at the deadline like the Atlanta Braves won the World Series last year? I know that it's irrational, but I see it that way right now.

    I feel like the Rams changed the league and Beane hasn't adjusted. You trade picks for players now, just like baseball teams trade prospects to make post-season runs.

    It's not amazing. The NFL is broken. It's become MLB, where a team can buy a title at the deadline by mortgaging their future.

    The 49ers are going to regret that when CMC blows out his knee next week.

    They're rebuilding a roster mid-season like a baseball team. If this works, the NFL will be a very different league moving forward.

    No a redo for everyone. Just that they passed on Josh for a dude that they just traded for a late first because they don't want to pay him. All because they had jut signed the mighty Case Keenum.

    Wikipedia was wrong yet again. EDIT: Actually they were not wrong, it was in 2021 that he had 0 sacks.

    I wonder if the Broncos wish that they could have a re-do on the 2018 draft right about now?

    He's really regressed since his rookie year. He has 0 sacks in 7 games this year.

    You can't stop other teams from making trades, and we were not trading a 1st for another pass rusher.

    They probably think that they can coach him up. They're shuffling deck chairs.

    If they had any intention of keeping him they would have picked up his 5th year option in April. They did not.

    I know that their fans just wanted to fast forward to the SB so that they could right the wrong. I felt that the Bills felt that way last year about the AFC Championship Game. This year, they seem to be really trying to engage in the regular season.

    It's gotta be the Packers. They have the cap space and a need at WR.
