They have the smallest scouting staff in the NFL. For many years, they had no college scouts at all. The only reason that they are winning now is that their core players are all on rookie contracts. Everyone talks about their cap space. They always have cap space and they never spend it. They won’t pay Tee Higgins. They might not pay Mixon. It’s not that he cheap, it’s that the team is his only asset of any value.

Just went over to a Ravens board. A lot of their fans want Roman fired and Martin to replace him. I want Dorsey just for continuity, but Tee Martin will be an OC in the this league soon so interviewing him is probably a good step.
