  1. Huh? Just keep blaming everyone else and play the victim card whenever possible. I noticed you didn't bother to answer my question though.
  2. And when you use that brilliant logic a few times a month you have wasted enough money on luxuries to pay for health insurance. Here is a question for the outspoken advocates of healthcare reform. Last time you went to the doctor or had a non-emergency procedure performed, did you research the cost and success rates of the available doctors and hospitals? Did you make sure that you were being charged the correct amount and using the most economical option available? Or did you simply pay your co-pay and turn a blind eye to the costs since it didn't affect your bottom line at the time? Maybe if more people held hospitals accountable at the time of service we wouldn't see such abuse in billing. Maybe you are a huge part of the problem and need to take responsibility for some of the messed up system we have today. People spend more time and effort researching a major appliance purchase than knee surgery.
  3. I wonder how many people who "can't afford" health insurance have wasted $10 on a movie, $15 for soda & popcorn or $100 a month on cable to support these great humanatarians and their modest lifestyles? *I know this is just supposed to be a funny skit, but I get sick of the ridiculous hypocrisy of celebrities.
  4. The Bills won a game by 13 and fall 2 spots while the Dolphins lose and remain at #20 with an 0-2 record?
  5. I'm sure there are many ignorant white people who would not vote for or support Obama due to racism. I would be willing to bet that the percentage of black people who voted for Obama simply because he was black is pretty high too. I wonder if Jimmy has a problem with the fact that an extremely high percentage of black people voted along racial lines? Many of whom probably did not vote in previous elections when only white people were running. How about we try to expose and end racism from all races?
  6. I'm not saying he is a huge DE, but I was responding to the poster that said "Maybin's arms look like two rubber bands. Has a chest the size of a sparrow".
  7. Really? http://www.powertrainsports.com/combine-tr...and-fitness.jpg
  8. One of Clooney's classier moments: (from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Clooney) Michelle Solomon wrote in her article Celebrity Chatter: Up-Close With George Clooney, published in Staff Writer (2/3/03) "On the same day we spoke, headlines had just broke that Clooney was at a dinner for film awards and made what some people perceived as an inappropriate remark about Charlton Heston. As first reported by syndicated columnist Liz Smith, Clooney was speaking at a National Board of Review event and said: "Charlton Heston announced again today that he is suffering from Alzheimer's." "It was a joke," Clooney said. "They got the quote wrong. What I said was 'The head of the NRA announced today...' (Filmmaker) Michael Moore had just gotten an award. Anyway, Charlton Heston shows up with guns over his head after a school shooting and then says in the documentary it's because of ethnic diversity that we have problems with violence in America. I think he's going to have to take whatever hits he gets. It was just a joke. That was someone else trying to make a bigger story." [29] When asked if the actor went too far with his remarks, Clooney responded by saying, "I don't care. Charlton Heston is the head of the National Rifle Association; he deserves whatever anyone says about him."[30] Heston himself commented, "It just goes to show that sometimes class does skip a generation," referring to Clooney's late aunt, Rosemary Clooney.[30] Heston further commented on the Clooney joke: "I don't know the man—never met him, never even spoken to him, but I feel sorry for George Clooney—one day he may get Alzheimer's disease. I served my country in World War II. I survived that—I guess I can survive some bad words from this fellow".[31] Clooney said he subsequently apologized to Heston in a letter, and that he received a positive response from Heston's wife.[4] Whether you like the man or not, Heston's response was pretty good.
  9. You couldn't find one of 5,215 negative threads to post this on? Give those of us that haven't stepped up to the edge of the bridge one measly thread!
  10. Awesome....Another self rightous "I gave up on the team and need others to validate my decision" post. I can assure you that most of us that bought season tickets don't feel the need to explain why we enjoy spending the day eating, drinking and cheering with friends and family to someone like you.
  11. Just when I thought I had seen the dumbest post possible on this board, somebody proves otherwise!
  12. I actually see people with a newspaper or book held up against the steering wheel while driving on the thruway and 490 on my way to work in the morning. I have witnessed people reading while driving many times and it blows me away to think that they see nothing wrong with that.
  13. I adore every animal too...some are just tastier than others. "meat is murder. Sweet delicious murder"
  14. Slaughter is another obnoxious NY politician who benefits from name recognition and the fact that NY voters are too dumb to vote any incumbent out of office.
  15. I'll take that as a compliment, even though I'm assuming it wasn't meant to be! Uncle Ted rocks.
  16. She made an appearance at the archery shop near me last year and I missed it! She may just be the perfect woman.
  17. My money is on Mike Florio. If it ends up as a "breaking story" on PFT we'll know for sure.
  18. I hear ya! I fear that forks will make people fat too. After all it is beyond comprehension that a tool could be used responsibly and safely.
  19. "McGhee said Tuesday that he is scheduled for season-ending injury on Thursday" That really sucks when you schedule your season ending injuries days in advance.
  20. I know, but nobody bothers to say..."Albert Einstein defined insanity as..." Many people seem to believe that is the actual definition after the overuse of that phrase.
  21. When people feel the need to tell you "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result" Main Entry: in·san·i·ty Pronunciation: \in-ˈsa-nə-tē\ Function: noun Inflected Form(s): plural in·san·i·ties Date: 1590 1 : a deranged state of the mind usually occurring as a specific disorder (as schizophrenia) 2 : such unsoundness of mind or lack of understanding as prevents one from having the mental capacity required by law to enter into a particular relationship, status, or transaction or as removes one from criminal or civil responsibility 3 a : extreme folly or unreasonableness b : something utterly foolish or unreasonable
  22. Quite possibly the dumbest post I have ever read on this site. And that is saying a lot.
  23. It's bad enough he killed underperforming dogs, but he did it in ways that tortured the dogs. Why would you stuff a dog's head into a 5 gallon jug and watch it struggle to breathe and slowly die when you have the option to kill it humanely. Even if you look at these dogs as simply a comodity, he must have enjoyed the torture/punishment aspect of hanging, drowning, and slamming the dogs to the ground. Why on earth are people supporting this disgusting person?
