Stats can be totally misleading, just look at the number of sacks the Bills have given up the last two years. The unit is improved but they are certainly not as good as that stat indicates I prefer to judge players on what I see on game day not the final stats Fitz is garbage and Bledsoe wasn't much better so this is a dumb comparison anyway

What does one have to do with the other? You don't think the Bills are going to pay Levitre what it would take to sign him mentioning what free agent guards got last year and you didn't like the Mark Anderson signing. Where is the connection between the two? You even mention that you think Anderson gets cut which I don't agree with especially with the change in defense but where is the connection? The Bills have room under the cap and can always make more room if needed. They can also cut a player like Fitz and save real money not cap money which a lot of people on here don't understand The Mark Anderson signing will have zero impact on whether the Bills do or don't resign Levitre or Byrd

There is a big difference between cap money and real money so there is absolutely an advantage to releasing him. It amazes me that people don't get this Fitz's contract is not guaranteed so the Bills can save 10.45 mil in real money which is obviously a lot especially for a team like the Bills You don't keep a player simply bc it won't save the team much salary cap space. The only reason to keep Fitz would be as a mentor and backup to a younger QB but it certainly shouldn't and won't be at 10.45 mil

If the Bills dont take a QB at 8 Im starting to like the idea of Alec Ogletree or maybe even OT Eric Fisher if he is still there Im a big believer in using premium picks on lineman

I was a huge Bo Jackson fan. I still have his jersey and would loved to have seen what he could do over a full season. Unfortunately there is no doubt in my mind that he was juicing big time as were a lot of players during that time
