    That is because Bills fans were spoiled at that time. We made 4 straight Superbowls and consistantly made the playoffs. In today's day and age, a Buffalo playoff game would sell out in 60 seconds.

    I'm in my 30s and I play video games. No shame in it. Of course I am buying a house next month, so I suspect my free time will significantly decrease in the immediate future.

    Went alright. I haven't receieved his offical report yet, but I followed him around and there were not any major issues. He showed me 2 or 3 smaller problems, but no huge deal breaker. Guy is a GC who also does home inspections. One of the most anal guys about how things are put together I have ever met. I gues that is a good thing if he is inspecting your home.

    The home comes with a one year home owners warranty. So if any sh-t breaks, we only to pay a deductable of $75. If they fix it, they replace it.

    One thing that sucks about me is we are purchasing the house through a short sale with the bank. A short sale is basically one step before it goes into foreclosure. The property is being sold "as is". If the inspection turns up anything major, we can't go back to the seller. We either absorb the cost or walk away.
