And did I say anything about him NOT being a great guy? No. I said sometimes he's hard to understand and that Josh is very well articulated, and has a natural charisma that Lamar does not.

There are a bunch of 🤡 reporters who write a bunch of 🤡 articles on a daily/weekly basis. They consistently show their lack of knowledge on whom or what they are writing about. In some instances, they just say the wildest things looking for clicks and views. That's what it has turned into now versus quality journalism as a whole.

The question is, "What attitude would he come in with?" Would he come in with a chip on his shoulder from what's taken place and be on a, "Let's go get this ring," type of mission? Or is he just generally a selfish, me first, problematic type of individual? If we could get version 1, absolutely. We don't need a problem child on the team though, if it really is version 2.

Found this when I did an Aubrey search : Cowboys Superstar Kicker Brandon Aubrey is being evaluated for a long-term medical condition. Many medical experts believe “he got that dawg in him”. A recovery from said condition is unknown and he might have to deal with it for the rest of his life.

I just saw this. The story I read said all of the evidence is leaning towards suicide. Very tragic. Hate to see anyone leave the world this way. Praying for his family and friends during this difficult time.

Pete Carroll hid Russ' flaws for many years. No one else has been able to. He's serviceable, but they aren't going anywhere with him at the helm. Might as well see what they got in the rook. With Dart, I worry that this could end up as a David Carr type of situation. That Giants OL is terrible. I hope he doesn't stand back there and get beaten to death for 14 games.

Lamar is not the most articulate of people. Sometimes it sounds like he is trying to talk with a mouth full of marbles. Josh, on the other hand, is very well spoken and just has a natural charisma about him.

Bills Defense, will it get better as season goes on
H2o replied to North Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have full faith in the younger players getting better on the DL. Walker has shown flashes ready. I expect Sanders to get more acclimated in his role as time goes along. Not sure what the PED guys will add. I hope Hairston gets healthy and get some run on the outside, but I have my doubts with all the time he's missed. He's a rookie and he's been on the sidelines since August. I don't have much faith in McDermott putting him out there. We're running with 3 LB's this year more than I can remember in years past. I'll take it because we have been quite poor against the run previously. Still, it is a shift in philosophy a bit so I expect them to get better with their assignments as the year goes along. Health will be the key. The more these guys play together, the more things will begin to click. Still, we need our key players to be healthy when it matters. Oliver, Bosa, Bernard, Benford, Groot, Walker, we need the guys we are relying on. If that happens, as well as on the offensive side of the ball, I expect us to make another deep run in the Playoffs. -
Then Giants lost to Dallas in OT

There is a Fanduel or Bet MGM commercial that has the Bills scoring a TD late against Philly to take a 30-27 lead in the last seconds. I'm hoping this is foreshadowing of a SB matchup and not the regular season in week 17.

Thoughts on this week's games so far in no particular order: A lot of wild finishes. ST's showing up as an achilles heel for a bunch of teams. Keep sleeping on Tampa and Baker Mayfield. Three weeks, three game winning drives late. Yes, Mike Evans hurt his hamstring, but the team is fairly balanced. They are going to breeze through the NFC South. Last year may not have been a fluke. Darnold looks like he has turned into a decent starter. Injuries and all, San Fran keeps on winning. Dallas is a bad football team, and now they likely won't have Lamb for 2-4 weeks with a high ankle sprain. The Bolts may actually be for real. Solid defense and complimentary football. Looks like a Jim Harbaugh coached team to me. The Bengals will quickly swirl the bowl without Joe Burrow again this year. The bad thing, in a way, is Browning is good enough to get them 6 more victories and they will have a middle of the road draft pick. That Cleveland defense is tough, and I mean TOUGH. They will keep their team in most of their games barring injuries to key players. Will the real Daniel Jones please stand up. The Colts are 3-0 and Jonathan Taylor is currently leading the league in rushing. What in the world has happened to the Texans? CJ Stroud has 0 answers right now. The NFC North is going to be a fun division. Minny, GB, and Detroit are all going to neck and neck most of the season. It will come down to division tie-breakers, watch. How bad is Michael Penix? Was this just an off game, or is he that incompetent? A 58% completion percentage ain't getting it done. It would be tough to be a Falcons fan right now. The Giants with Russell Wilson at the helm may very well be the worst team in the NFL. If not the worst, they are second only to New Orleans. The bad part is they have some nice pieces on defense, but nothing is translating on the field. Daboll is likely out after this year, and maybe Schoen too. How long of a leash will Tennessee give Callahan? 3-14 last season and 0-3 already this year. At some point they will pull the plug. Don't be surprised if they try to come after Brady to work with their young QB. Last year it looked like Denver was next up in the AFC West. This year they look average at best and that defense is not carrying them at the moment like it did last season. Jacksonville has beaten two bad teams and Trevor Lawrence is the most overpaid QB in the game. $200M gtd for a 55% completion percentage through three weeks against Carolina, Cincy, and Houston. Philly is still the top dog in the NFC, but the Rams play them tough EVERY time. They will likely see each other again in the Playoffs. The AFC East is bad outside of the Bills. Mariota looks like he can keep Washington afloat until Daniels is healthy, for now. How old is Bobby Wagner again? It doesn't look like it matters.

In Tre's defense, there are only a handful of CB's who can keep up with Waddle and Hill in man cover situations. Benford got beat a few times himself.
-
We have beaten the vaunted Ravens with Lamar, Henry, Flowers, Bateman, Hopkins, and Andrews. A Ravens team.that TYPICALLY handles us in an easy manner during the regular season. Josh puts on the cape, the defense makes timely plays, and we get the W. It was SPECIAL, first week of fhe season or not. Beat the Jets, who have the TSW idol Breece Hall, who also hung 30 on the Steelers defense, while only allowing 10 points. Then we beat the Dolphins last night, who usually give the defense fits because of their speed at the skill positions, allowing 21 points. If you watched that game, and you ever felt that outcome was in doubt, to each their own I guess. This team may not be the early 2000's Ravens or Bucs, it may not be the Denver defense that Peyton had behind him, but as long as we're winning the TO battle and they are making timely plays, I love our chances with JA17.

Again, who do you trust more? Bass' FG% in the Playoffs dips to 70%. And we all remember him missing that crunch-time kick against KC a couple years ago. Prater is 92.3% in the Playoffs. He has missed one FG attempt out of 13 and is 19 of 20 on EP's. I say we ride with Prater unless he looks like he loses the job.
-
The question is who do you trust? I trust Prater more than Bass. I'd stick with him unless he becomes erratic.
-
He made Daniel Jones rich for life and got a loser team to the Playoffs. Then the mismanagement of the roster caught up with them.

We have a WR separation problem, again. If the TE's continue to emerge, it won't be that much of an issue. We still have 17, and he has been successful either way. 3 more TD's tonight and the Bills are 3-0. I will say this, don't be surprised if Gabe makes his way to the 53 when he finally gets healthy. Also, don't be surprised if Shavers' number of reps continue to increase.

Everyone talking about the defensive performance, but we typically have a bit of a struggle with this team because of their overall speed. Achane, Waddle, Hill, and Washington all are elite in that area. It makes for hard matchups. Then, we were missing some tackles out there too. In the end, Bernard makes the big play getting the INT and we get the FG to ice it. -

W and now we get a mini bye. The emergence of Kincaid could be huge if this continues. Go Bills! -

A Bills W and to leave just as healthy as we stepped on the field, that's all I'm hoping for. -
