  1. I love the assumptions. I will play along, what happens when McNabb takes Philly to the Super Bowl? Do you let him go? Do you throw in Kolb because he is your future?? Its the same scenario that ATL was in when they signed Vick to that monster deal. And then he turned into a POS......
  2. Lets trade OL's and then i will side with you. Sadly the guy who gets credit for that works in Cleveland as their HC. Lets all get our facts strait, it starts with the draft. Pass on Schottenhoozer.
  3. Im going to pass on Mclain and here is why. Its not that he isn't extremely talented but he had the best and biggest DL making it possible for him to roam the countryside freely. We do not have that here. Just my 2 cents.
  4. I think that may be a little bit of a stretch Mike, but I do not know Kolb's mental make up either. Every time he has had to step in he was interviewed and gave the old "well shucks, I am going to do my best to fill Donovans big shoes until he is healthy" routine. RJ was a complete and utter narcissistic d-bag. I just posed the question. It would be nice to gather some youth at the QB position that is competent and hopefully go into a draft with 1 less glaring hole to fill.
  5. Thanks Inkman. With so many great threads about Dear John letters being sent to Ralph and who can forget the 500,000th thread about Cowher and him being spotted trying on pants somewhere. Just didn't have the strength to look it up.
  6. I know he is being groomed as the heir apparent in Philly but Reid just came out and said Donovan is his guy in 2010. Kolb may want to play now and he is a proven cold weather QB who has an excellent arm. Any QB in the Reid system is a huge plus for this team. Is he worth a mid-round pick. I would gladly take a guy who has played some NFL snaps already over a rook. Thoughts from the peanut gallery?
  7. So what you are saying is there was some interest from other GM's around the league for the Bills job. Yet we do our normal knee jerk reaction and hire the closest warm body. I am all for hiring within but this is unprecedented. I know you have to be loyal to those that speak to you in confidence Tim but any insight on who we "could" have had would be great. Also, I agree with you on the Frazier hire. I think he has been looked over for some time now. The only thing that turns me off is he would reportedly hire Al "the ALmanac Saunders to run the offense. While it is exciting we do not have a QB that can actually absorb his massive play book. Any word about Russ Grimm being interviewed for the position as well?
  8. Where is the lemonade stand you operate? Because with that grammar there is nooooo way you have a job where you actually have to send people emails and or hold a conversation. Dude, you are a grown man and you're whining about a football team that could care less about you or your family. Either enjoy the product or don't. Simple as that. Enough with these retarded posts. I used to love coming here and reading some of the witty stories and actual football logic. But the good posters are smart enough to take a break and enjoy LIFE. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
  9. Yeah, Bradford came back in 5 weeks later after god knows how many treatments and shots only to be yanked in the UT game. You make no sense, don't beat the OU drum pal. Colt is a player and I would not mind this kid calling the signals here. Maybe a 2nd round pick after we take a LT. But for anyone to judge him is ridiculous. You all really think that hit scared him so much that he pulled himself out or he was thinking about his pro career? How about the fact that if he torched Bama's D he would be an instant top 15 pick. Pull your heads from your asses. This kid will be a good player for someone.
  10. just bought "jack n Coke and downloaded to my ipod. I almost pissed myself when I first heard it. Also, if you like Langs work check out Beer League, its as stupid as it gets but has some great one liners in there.

  12. Why this is so much easier.
  13. Oh my god you just described my college years in one paragraph.

  15. 2 words: Kyle Boller.

  17. Ha ha thanks. I have already gotten 1 false alarm.
  18. Nah, if you drink sh-t booze or take shots of sugary crap then you will be in trouble. Plus moderation, if you slam drink after drink you are sure to work yourself into a hang over. Sip slow and enjoy the buzzzzzzz.
  19. You get hungover? Amateur....

  22. Soooo when my wifes water breaks when i am on the way to work at 7 am, i should pick up and say call back at 8, when business time starts?
  23. he rumor this week has been that Bill Cowher is leaning heavily towards returning to the NFL sidelines for 2010. The only problem -- as we're beginning to see -- is that there might not be a place for him. The Dallas Cowboys were considered an option, but they've played their way back into the playoffs (and possibly a division title if they win on Sunday). The Carolina Panthers were thought to be the favorites, but John Fox got a vote of confidence on Monday, and he'll be back. Finally, the Chicago Bears were considered a compelling choice, but after their huge win on Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings, one would suspect that Lovie Smith is safe. So who does that leave? We think that two of the four AFC South teams -- the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars -- might make a coaching change this offseason. Gary Kubiak and Jack Del Rio haven't been awful, but a change at the top might instill some excitement that could push either team over the hump of mediocrity. But maybe there's a another surprise contender. Here's NFC West blogger Mike Sando, from Monday afternoon:
  24. Agree 100%. Mallet is great. He may stay next year though but he is ready to come out now. Too bad we have absolutely no foundation to help this kid succeed. He reminds me a lot of Bledsoe. Cannon arm, great awareness and accuracy but lead footed. Behind our OL that is a baaad thing. All of his WRs are returning so he may be staying put.
