Just like Bills/Fins games.
-
and they will physically need to revive him after our turn style OL oles a DE.
-
Ok GM, here is my response: Rams- Yes they could use a QB but Spagnola is a defensive minded coach first and suring up that D with SUh is too good to pass up. Washington- Their OL is probably worse than ours and putting a rookie QB behind it would be career suicide, plus Campbell can obviously play behind it. Seattle- With Walter Jones all but done, they will be reaching for another OT to protect the beaten Hassleback Cleveland- Brady Quinn is the Qb, enough said. Raiders- Too much invested in Russel at this point. They liked what they saw from Gradkowski if you can believe it.

I will be there. No wardrobe set yet though.

I gotta think we go after a bigger LB to run the 3-4. The guys on the outside will not cut it, especially as pass rushers. -
3rd Rd choice Tebow or Snead?
BUFFALOTONE replied to Buffalo Destroyers!'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Has anyone seen how bad Snead really is? I am shocked this guy came out early, he needs a lot more time on the oven, thats for sure. -
Didn't LJ Smith just sign a contract with another team last year?

Draft picks and I guess a TE isn't highly utilized in Martz' offense.
-
There stupidity is our gain. It would feel nice to have the shoe on the other foot though, you know someone else screwing the pooch and getting fleeced. The Bears could be dying for some draft picks to help that beaten defense. Martz likes the smaller faster WRs to run that timing offense. And I would take Olsen in a heart beat if the deal was right.
-
I liked some of the flashes Nelson showed last year but got dinged up and has some catching up to do. Olsen is an instant help at one of our many position needs. Granted TE isn't a glaring weakness but having a vet on a very young offense could be great for Jimmy Clausen

GM gives a clue on Olsen 9:18AM ET Greg Olsen | Bears | Interested: Patriots?, Bengals? Top Email TEs under Martz's guidance * 2006: Jon Kitna completes 372 passes for 4,208 yards and 21 TDs. Detroit's leading TE is Dan Campbell: 21 receptions, 308 yards, 4 TDs. * 2007: Kitna completes 355 passes for 4,068 yards and 18 TDs. Sean McHugh is the leading TE on the Lions, catching 17 passes for 252 yards and no touchdowns. * 2008: Shaun Hill and J.T. O'Sullivan combine for 309 completions, 3,724 yards, 21 TDs. Vernon Davis has 31 receptions for 358 yards, 2 TDs. In 2009, Davis makes the Pro Bowl with 78 receptions, 965 yards and 13 TDs. Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune has word from multiple league sources that the Bears might sign Brandon Manumaleuna, a stout blocking-oriented TE. He's the type of player at TE that new OC Mike Martz loves, and his signing could indicate that the Bears are ready to move Greg Olsen. As we're well aware by now, the Bears don't have any draft picks in the first or second rounds this April, and they might be able to secure a pick or two by moving a player who is not a fit for the Martzian scheme. In an interview with ChicagoBears.com, GM Jerry Angelo addressed Olsen indirectly. "A name was brought up to me [recently] about a potential player that might not be a real good fit -- his name's been bantered around ... But we're in the business to keep our good players. We're in the business to make sure that our schemes facilitate our better players. That to me is what good coaching is about. So for me to see us trading somebody away at this point, I really don't see that happening." Angelo did say that if another team came in with a solid offer, the Bears would consider it. The Tribune's Dan Pompei provided another good reason why they shouldn't trade Olsen: Martz (as well as Lovie Smith and Angelo) might not be around in 2011, and the new regime might be more TE-friendly. Thoughts? With T.O. gone it would be great to have another semi viable option to throw to, not to mention take some pressure off the QB. Would they be willing to take a 3rd for Olsen?

Hey toolbox, I've forgotten more about football than you will ever know. The majority of what you spew here is absolute garbage. You honestly believe that the 225 rep test has nothing to do with strength and endurance. You are an OU homer and make the rest of Sooner Nation look retarded.
-
Yeah cause pushing a 300 lb lineman off of you snap after snap has nothing to do with upper body strength. Do you think before you post or are you that color blind by Crimson and Creme?

(LAMP) Just started week 2 of P90X
BUFFALOTONE replied to WVUFootball29's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Does it come with a hot chick to stare at while I am pretending to work out? Kidding aside, I go to the gym 4 days a week and ride the bike for 3 and my brother who is in the USAF begged me to work out with this stuff for a week so he burned me a set. I still have not tried it but I am hearing great things. I do similar exercises int he gym but P90 is designed to keep you moving and the heart rate going, which is an obvious goal. He told me about another workout the Special Ops guys do called CrossFit, said I was very difficult, described it as P90X times 2. Its wicked expensive though and requires classes and trainers. Geared towards endurance and strength. -
Ive known Jeff since he was 12 years old. His brother was on the team with me all 4 years. He was a little butterball but turned out to be one hell of a player. He used to be the towel and water boy during games. And now he can be playing in the NFL, thats wild. It was sad to see hm tear his ACL a few years ago, I believe it was the first game of the year too. Glad he rebounded.

Question about tipping at restaurants.....

My friend dated a bartender who worked at Club Mansion in South Beach, he said she would come home on a WEEKDAY with about 1000 in tips and the weekends around 2k. But she worked from 9-6 am. That relationship didn't last that long....
