Ya the guy did a great job rehabbing but he never really stepped up and wanted to be here. Alot of people put there necks on the line drafting him and he seems uninterested in proving doubters wrong. Now that its payday time he comes out and says he wants to be a Bill and he loves the city. I dont buy it. I could live with him or without him. Fact is no matter who they put back there we will still cheer our asses off regardless of how much of a dick they turn out to be.

Actually prior to the draft certain athletes like Peyton Manning took out a 40 million dollar insurance policy on his arm. I am also pretty sure Vick did something similar. It is pretty commo from what I understand.

All I have to say is thank god that didnt happen. I know what Kelly is saying but those are hardly character issues. One is a 15 yard penalty the other is a personality trait.

You dont get arrested 6 some odd times and not have character ussues. Its a shame that his parents died tragically but I am guessing he is not the only person that it has ever happened too. Its not an excuse to act like a an ass. As far as Bruce goes he had no character flaws until he was in Buffalo for a few years. Do you thinnk if Marv knew he did coke prior to drafting him he would be a Bill? All I am saying is that Butler and Price do not have character issues.

Way off Kelly, neither of these guys had a rap sheet and cases pending. Butler cut blocked a player he didnt get arrested for drugs or a DUI. Price is a punk, ok what the hell does that have to do with anything? Do they put you in jail for being a punk? If cut blocking is a crime the Denver Offensive Line is getting the gas chamber.

Wow! That guy Mendelson who benched 875 his dad was my P.E. teacher in middle school. He was an absolute nut job, but a nice guy. He used to tell me his son could bench 600 lbs. I thought he was full of sh--. Guess I was wrong. That was also about 1992-94. Crazy .

Agree 100%. You can see the difference all across the board. Look how bad Ray Lewis was without Adams and Siragusa to take up 4 guys. Also look at how Londons play dropped off without Adams and PW. You can see the difference it made for Urlacher who practically went un blocked all year long, having Harris and Tank helped him out immensly. And by the way I think ray Lewis is the most overrated player in the NFL.

Dont think it will ever happen. Marv does not run a half way house. I know the stories about all the old players but that was after they were on the team. Marv and the rest of the guys would not bring this guy in knowing his past transgretions. Pass.
