  1. Well of course it always has to start. Why do you suppose we are Bills fans and like to watch the Bills play? It is because they are professionals and we enjoy watching some of the things they can do, that we can't. You wanna be impressed? Download Limewire, then download Van Halen's "Dreams" video. You DO NOT see this stuff everyday. Like them or not, they are talented professionals!
  2. I think you better think again. Remember Chris Brown has injury woes. Anthony Thomas was not signed long term. The future is still being built. My hope is Adrian Peterson is there at #12 and we trade down 4-6 spots, get another late first and get two 1st rounders. Then we get someone like Antonio Pittman in the 2nd.
  3. Randy Moss, T.O, and the rest of the divas. No F'in way!
  4. If Peterson is there at #12, hell yeah trade. There are other good backs in this draft. While one player can make a difference, think of how much faster two or three may. Yes, definetely possible.
  5. Makes me wonder how many draft experts we will see now.
  6. I love to fully read an excellent scout report, of which this lacks a few things. Speed, shuttle, strength, vertical, etc. While his Positives list is good, for a second rounder, the negatives it too long. I would not bet my future on hime. While the 250 may help him in short yardage situations, 30-40 lbs loss might give him breakaway speed.
  7. Reminds me of some words in a Phil Collins song, "Just throwing it all away, throwing it all away".
  8. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/6421386 Not sure everyone will like this site, but I do. If you are putting together a draft board look here first. And of course as you will, do post your thoughts and opinions.
  9. While this list may hold some water, where did I see or hear possibly ESPN, each team gets to talk to and scout around 60 players or so? Anybody else have any info on this?
  10. I also got Tim Shaw on my draft board. I personally do believe though we are done with O-Linemen.
  11. I too like Paul Soliai, but he will go in the fourth. For those who do not know 6'4 344 5.10-40 225-45x. And no way we go guard in the first. It will be RB, DT, LB or CB in no particular order.
  12. I saw a thread or post or something with Julius possibly being a Bill. And damn straight I'd take him.
  13. First we are talking 2008 free agent possibilities. Now how often have guys like Pete Metzelaars, Todd Christensen, Kellen Winslow, Tony Gonzalez, Algie Crumpler came into play or have helped out. If you think TE is un-important, than you will have a small shallow playbook. Besides I have watched his blocking progress also, now he doesn't move everybody, but he sure does hold his own.
  14. Well Marv is a fan of the TE. Metzelaars, Rolle, McKellar. If we had a TE we could believe in, like Heath, he'd see more receiving action. You need more than a RB or WR threat on 2nd or3rd and short.
  15. My board still has changed none! 1A TE Greg Olsen Miami 6’6 254 4.51-40 225-23X Vert 37 ½ 1B CB Chris Houston Arkansas 5’10 185 4.32-40 225-27X 36 2 RB Antonio Pittman Ohio State 5’11 207 4.40-40 225-16X 35 ½ 3 OLB Tim Shaw Penn State 6’2 236 4.51-40 225-26X 36 ½ 4 DT Paul Soliai Utah 6’4 344 5.10-40 225-45X 29 ½ 5 FB Corey Anderson Tennessee 6’2 247 4.70-40 225-19X 37 6 QB Chris Leak Florida 6’0 209 4.74-40 ? 32 ½ 7 WR Legedu Naanee Boise State 6’2 225 4.41-40 225-19X 40
  16. Yes! When backs are used up they end up with the enemy. Like Thurman in a Dolphins uniform. I still wanna puke!
  17. Just my opinion. What makes an NFL corner Pro Bowl material, or a shutdown corner? Is it tackles, sacks, interceptions, times not thrown at? Well when most people vote for the Pro Bowl they vote a name. In the AFC Nate was not the biggest name, nor had the most tackles, nor the most interceptions, you get the point. What I think made Nate look good was he was a good corner, not hreat, and Terrence McGee wasn't. If I knew faking you with a left jab 20 times got me 15 hits with the right, I'd fake you 100 times. But he is enough of a loss that I think it is a huge concern now.
  18. Well a bunch of changes have been made as we have all seen. Do you all realize that last years Bills could have been 12-4? They had lost 5 games by a total of 10 points. Of course it is the offense's job to put points on the board. I believe except for Tight End and RB, all is on the offense is well. Defense is such a concern now and I think CB is the hot position. Nate was a pro-bowler in my eyes. If you look at the competition at that position in the AFC is why he did not get the nods. But to keep him at 80 Mil would have been ridiculous. Terrence McGee is ok, but not the future answer. Look for Youboty to pass him up quick. Run stuffer is the next big concern. I believe fast guys our good, but no good if 325 lb guys are pushing 295 lb guys out of the way. The final weakness is LB. If TKO goes, two will then be needed. In-experience will do no good there. I believe the Bills have a legitimate shot this year. I believe it all starts up front though, meaning the front four. So while I think CB is the hot position, it may well be DT. If this new offensive line can help keep the defense off the field, look for good things from the Bills this year.
  19. Yes and again the economy will become better because people will still buy at a higher price and the wage paid will be more therefore having more money put back into the economy. But I am sure it won't work that way. Merely my opinion.
  20. Well let us first see what it takes to be an American Citizen. Vote, pay taxes, love our country, speak English, work, register our vehicles, pay for our health care we receive, attend our schools and learn as we have, and the list goes on. My opinion is if they can accomplish ceratin goals and be honest I have no problem with it. But they'll need to be monitored which in turn will cost us more money, so therfore I am agiainst it.
  21. Don't ever ask the "How much worse can it get" question. Maybe something like "Things can only get better". Other than that good post and I do agree.
  22. How about neither. Fourth Round Paul Soliai from Utah 6'4 344 5.10-40 225-45x Used on first and second downs as well as goaline situations. Occasionally takes a play off, but heck if he only plays in certain situations...
  23. McGee will be ousted by Youboty and a rookie corner within a season or two.
  24. Believe it or not, I have the Bills taking him in the fifth. Will he go by the third?
  25. Honaker, Russell County. I watched Heath Miller, TE Pittsburgh, play high school ball.
