I don't pretend to have the answer to this question. I am not an elitist who thinks he knows it all like many on this board. However, I do know that allowing insane people like those in Iran to have sucha device is not a good thing for the region or the world. After all thier main purpose for procuring such a WMD is to further thier goal of elminating our friends the jews from the face of the earth. They have no other purpose for deploying sucha weapon. The regime there is not trustworthy enough to have such a weapon. My point to mick was that france and the UN will NEVER be able to solve this problem. They do not have the best interest of the world or the safety of Israel as a priority. After all they have allowed this to continue by the meaningless use of thier words, and empty threats. That of course leaves the problem squarely in our lap. Right where all difficult world decisions end up. Now, having the option of GWB deal with this issue, our have kerry deal with it in his typical appeaseing way, I will take the side that has our best interest and safety as a first priority. It is no more complicated then that. We must find a way to disarm them, or keep them from developing these weapons at all. The time is now, and I hope that the plan is being formulated while we still have real men in the right positions.

Just wait until November 3rd when GWB begins his second term. Then al the dems will be depressed. I can't hardly wait!!!!!!

But it did not surprise me much at all. actually kerry has been all around the issue so much that he actually touched on every aspect of it at one time or another in the past two months alone. he has already lost. everywhere that I go I am hearing people say what a joke he is. I have no idea if these people are Rep or dem, but one thing is universal. Most people agree that kerry is an assclown.

edwards is purposely keeping a low profile. once he saw what this campaign was really all about this is his best strategy. Stay low and maybe people will forget that he was part of this fiasco.

This stupidity comes out of kerrys mouth for one reason and one reason only. He is an elitist and he feels perfectly comfortable talkin down to others, including other leaders of countries. Dealing strickly with the insurance thingy for a minute what a stupid comparison to make that this is somehow GWB's fault. I have owned my small mfg company for 14 years now incompassing 3 presidents. I can tell you that every single one of thise 14 years my insurance went up. I never blamed this on anyone of those presidents because they have little or nothing to do with it. FYI i pay 100% of all of my employees health insurance costs including a life insurance policy that is rolled into each policy. The total cost for the 9 people in my company is now over $73,000.00 per year. I did some checking earlier today and I can tell you that the average increase per year for the past 7 years was 16%. The reason I continue to pay the insurance costs for my employees is because they are extremely important to me. This is a fantastic retention tool. Of course most of thier pay increases over the past 6 or 7 years have been smaller then they would have been if I did not pay 100% of the health insurance costs. I sit down with each each one of them once per year at review time and I show them what the new insurance cost will be for them next year. This is factored in to any pay increase that they would have recieved. If they did not like this system, they are free to leave. The same applies for every other company in this great economy that we have. By the way in the past 2 or 3 years I have successfully recruited employees from my competitors by offering them these excellent health insurance packages. In summary, the stupid rhetoric that the left has been putting out about GWB hating them and cutting thier health care benefits whenever possible is about as smart as kerrys continuing to talk about what he did 35 years ago.

mick with all due respect you are out of control. I never supported the abu grab knuckleheads for what they did. Get real, and stop being wacky. What I did was make the comparison that as bad as the abuses were, and in the end they were for the most part abuses used to get information from the detainies, was minor in comparison to cutting off an INNOCENT persons head and video taping it, and then giving it to thier partners in the arab press who get thier rocks off by showing it to the rest of the world. Just suppose that FOX News ran a bogus news story about john kerry that stated that he did something that could only be collaborated by the use of forged documents that were given to them by a republican supporter who had previously expressed his complete distain for john kerry. Then when the fact was exposed that the documents that are the backbone of the story are complete fakes FOX News managing editor Brit Hume came on the air and forcefully defended the story and the documents. Essentially placing his entire reputation on the fact that these documents are real and putting up a stone wall when questioned about the sorce of the forged documents. Then when the reality of the situation proves that the documents are indeed forged and the story has no basis at all, the managing editor of FOX News (Brit Hume) comes out with a statement that say “ Even though the documents are forged the premise of the story is still true” how much credibility do you think he would still have? I see it this way. The liberal elite media would be calling for heads to roll at FOX News if not the total elimination of the network based on the facts that they lied, they betrayed us, they played on our fears. They would cover this story 24/7 365 until their eyes started to bleed. It would become part of their advertising campaign, and they would have no problems doing so. So my question is, why isn’t CBS held to even half of that standard? Why are we not going after the person who provided these forged documents? Isn’t there some law being broken here?

I highly doubt that any of the so called mysterious deaths were deaths by beheading let alone a beheading that was placed on a website for all the world to see. Even your level of understanding and sympathy for these muslim sub humans should be able to see the difference. Who knows what really happened to those criminals. Perhaps they were mistreated, or perhaps they died because they tried to escape, or perhaps they died because they were mal-nurished from eating a stedy diet of dirt and rocks.
