McCown is also a backup, even though he is starting for the Jets..... Palmer is old, Bradford is usually injured sometime during the season. Licks injury seems to be more on the inept Colts front office and doctors letting him try to play through an old injury instead of getting it properly addressed earlier. But are the total numbers really that much different then any other year?

I thought it was weird in the Eagles game after Wentz was sandwiched in the end zone on the TD that was called back that he didnt get taken out, I thought after the next TD that they had shown he was taken into the sideline tent to be evaluated and thought he should have been after the hit not after he finishes the drive. Basically, what is going to have to happen is the NFL will either have to get serious and have players checked and evaluated more often which will kids off the fans when players are being taken out to get checked all the time, or just say that it's a violent game and head injuries are going to happen, if tou want to make the money playing, your going to have to accept the consequences and risk your long term health.

Let's keep complaining about rule changes to protect players cause it's making them 'soft'.

I don't think anyone minds having some snow during the game or on the field, but today was ridiculous and it affected the quality of the play on the field. The game becomes a battle of who can make it through without making a mistake instead of watching players play and use their skill. Weather like this seems to be happening more often now. I doubt the other teams or the league are going to be happy if every year teams get forced to play in these conditions or the game is forced to get moved like the game that was moved to Detroit, the snow makes it tougher to play in physically and can cause more injuries

Wasn't that the one when he scored the TD but it was called back for a hold, then he went off to get checked for a possible concussion after the scored the next TD? After the next play of course when they scored the TD (Can't take the chance and get him out after the hit, gotta wait til they score, the concussion will still be there) I don't know if thats the one where he may have injured the ACL

Its a division game so who knows, they are always the toughest games and often times are close, even when one of them is bad. (Except for AFC East games against the Pats.....)

Don't think you can actually tell a head injury from someone walking off the field, He could start having issues soon after or later tonight Has he had any history with them in the past? I think TT will start if needed, from what it sounded like the injury wasn't as bad as first though and if needed he could end up going (probably not 100% but if he doesn't scramble much could be ok). Although with the Bills, saying he isn't that bad could mean he ends up on IR now.....
