It still is. It's something that should have been addressed 8 years ago. It took them this long to fabricate some whacky charge. But it's in the hands of a "jury of his peers." Who likely have no idea what the case is even about.

Hicks, a witness for the prosecution mind you, made it clear the NDA was primarily to keep it secret from Melania. Preventing it from affecting his election was a side-benefit. And in all this, I'm surprised Trump's campaign never went after Daniels for extortion.

Obviously it would benefit the campaign. But if his primary concern was Melania, as Hicks says, that's reasonable doubt that it was done just for the election.

Nope. When I heard Hope Hicks, the only person who has/had any credibility of the witnesses the prosecution produced, say that Trump was worried mostly about the affair affecting Melania, it gave the reasonable doubt needed. Then Daniels and Cohen go on the stand and admit they hate Trump, further eroding their lack of credibility.

I would have said Williams, but he showed flashes last year whereas Bernard didn't his rookie year. And unless Milano can't return healthy/declines, I can't see him starting this year.

The prosecution's last 3 witnesses were absolutely devastating for them.

What is it if you remove last year? As for next Bernard, it would have to be an inexperienced player taking over for a good player who recently left, +/- a guy who was considered a bad pick/reach. I guess that would have to be Coleman.

Thanks to Bill Maher, Stormy Daniels just lost what little credibility she had by claiming Trump raped/assaulted her ("passed out"? LOL!). It was a huge mistake to put her on the stand. On the other end of the spectrum, Hope Hicks gave the reasonable doubt needed with her statement that Trump was concerned with how Melania would react to his affairs and not really concerned about about how it would affect his Presidential campaign.

He's under contract for 2 more years so if he plays well at C, he's going to be around for at least that long.
