    Notice how we seldom see many crossing routes or 8-10 yard out/slant routes? Timing routes, up and ins or simple 5 yard RB flares? Scheme is the problem. Routes take too long to develop and call for coverage lapses

    Like a Saleh was what I said. Make them an asst HC if it helps and pay them more. As for an OC getting promoted, why not? We did with McDermott as a DC. We need to have someone that can surround Josh and create an offense that moves the ball better.
