  1. He reminds me very similarly to Singletary with better hands. More elusive than fast
  2. I don’t think many will argue that Rousseau is good enough for a 2nd contract but the price point is going to be the big deal. You’re right he’s 24 and will be 25 when/if he becomes a UFA. He plays a premium position and they might explode his market much like it did with Tremaine Edmunds. If we’re getting him for 17-20 AAV I can live with that if he’s going to get 23-30 AAV then I’ll pass
  3. So I went back again and watched the Boston College tape of him again and he is slower off the ball than others and I did notice it quite often but while watching I got the impression that he was slightly slower off the ball because he waits to see how the OT is pass setting to determine which pass rush moves he was going to use essentially setting up the OT for his fairly deep arsenal of pass rush moves. Just an observation I had of him could be wrong
  4. Not a fan tbh. I think he’s a stiff football player who lacks bend in his play. Won’t be a sack guy and I question his play strength as well There are character concerns with a lot of these guys. Nolan like you stated, Mike Green has concerns, James Pearce
  5. I don't mind Nolan but I think he is undersized to be effective in the NFL. He reminds me of Oliver which isn't an awful thing but a guy who will play 3 Tech severely undersized in the NFL. I'm not saying that he wont go in the first round, if I was doing a mock draft, I would put him in the first but my own personal rankings I'm not overly impressed by him. His tape at Texas A&M wasn't good, it was much better at Mississippi this past year but I still feel his size limitations will affect him moving forward. He was listed at 305 but showed up at 293 for the Senior Bowl. You have to remember that the Top 10 rankings I am putting out for Defensive Ends and Defensive Tackles all of these guys have a chance at going in the top 2 rounds. Its not like the 10th guy is going in round 4 and the top guy in round 1. Thats how deep this D-line class is. I feel Lott who is similar in size is more explosive getting off the ball. As I stated to another poster, I do not look at projections. I watch tape and I grade based on what I see. Looking at projections just confuses the process and makes you question what you are seeing leaving you to group think.
  6. Defensive Ends/Edge Players Top 10: 1. Abdul Carter Penn State 2. James Pearce Tennessee 3. Mike Green Marshall 4. Nic Scourton Texas A&M 5. Donovan Ezeiruaku Boston College 6. Princely Umanmielan Mississippi 7. Shemar Stewart Texas A&M 8. Mykel Williams Georgia 9. Bradyn Swinson LSU 10. Kyle Kennard South Carolina Defensive Tackles Top 10: 1. Mason Graham Michigan 2. Derrick Harmon Oregon 3. Kenneth Grant Michigan 4. Darius Alexander Toledo 5. Omarr Norman Lott Tennessee 6. Walter Nolan Mississippi 7. Alfred Collins Texas 8. Tyleik Williams Ohio State 9. T.J. Sanders South Carolina 10. Jordan Phillips Maryland
  7. I actually think he sounds a little more tense and and terse when answering the questions this go around. I think the pressure is on not from ownership but in delivering while Allen is still in his prime. You know Sal M asked about Speed WR fully knowing that the Bills passed on the fastest one in Worthy to take Coleman and that trade will be tied to him justifiably or not much like the Mahomes trade will be tied to the Bills in 2017.
  8. I will disagree only on McCloud. For a 6th round pick he’s had a nice little career going. Not with the Bills of course but he’s still chugging along and in a WR rotation as well as a returner
  9. Alright finally listened to the whole presser by Beane, considering he’s telling the truth which he does more of than McDermott. - Sounds to me that they don’t believe that CB is as big of a priority as we think it is. Sounds like they may attack this position in Free Agency and then add a younger guy later in the draft - Priority seems to be the Defensive line. Whether that’s a trade or drafting multiple guys. Stated that they are looking at the bigger guys more so at Defensive Tackle than the smaller guys. Sounds like they want to get bigger and more physical up front. - Don’t be surprised when they take a RB in the mid rounds again. Deep class plus the uncertainty of Cook in the future could lead to them taking a guy earlier than people think. - As for Edge talked about base ends that can reduce down on passing downs more so than anything else. Sounds like guys like Shamar Stewart, Nic Scourton, Jordan Butch etc more than the James Pearce, Ezeriuaku of the world . Sounds like the Bills want to get much bigger on the defensive line this offseason
  10. I’m not advocating but another paycut would allow them to save money on the cap this year while cutting him next year is much more palatable on the dead cap. He did slice his salary by 50% last year so getting back down to that 8-9 million number initially saves the Bills like 12-14 million Nah that’s Beane essentially saying we’ll have him back for the right price coupled with McDermott saying Bishop ideally is the starter
  11. Thats a great deal for Buffalo well below what he would have gotten on the open market by about 4 or 5 Million AAV. Gonna have to take that saved cash and give it to Cook most likely.
  12. Top 10 Offensive Tackles: 1. Josh Simmons Ohio State 2. Grey Zabel North Dakota State 3. Cameron Williams Texas 4. Kelvin Banks Texas 5. Josh Conerly Oregon 6. Marcus Mbow Purdue 7. Airontae Ersery Minnesota 8. Anthony Belton North Carolina State 9. Ajani Cornelius Oregon 10. Wyatt Milum West Virginia Top 10 Interior Offensive Line Rankings: 1. Armand Membou Missouri 2. Will Campbell LSU 3. Tyler Booker Alabama 4. Donovan Jackson Ohio State 5. Jonah Savaiinaea Arizona 6. Miles Frazier LSU 7. Dylan Fairchild Georgia 8. Tate Ratledge Georgia 9. Jackson Slater Sacramento State 10. Emery Jones LSU
  13. Yup I think they would. I truly think they are going to more man and need better athletes. He’s not going to make it to round 4 and probably not much into 3 so if the Bills want him they’ll have to take him in round 2. I really like him
  14. Cobee Bryant is a perfect fit for the Bills if they pass on CB at 30 to take at 56 and 62. Has some length at 6’0. Has experience with man and zone schemes and has plus athleticism. Doesn’t hurt he has excellent ball production either with 14 college interceptions. Not a plus tackler but willing to stick his nose in there. Thomas for sure won’t make it to 56 and I doubt Amos does either.
  15. He has been so injured the last couple of years I’m honestly surprised he’s not retiring
  16. O I agree that’s not the sole reason. I mean it’s a pretty big drop off still unless their aim is to get another vet. Jimmy G ain’t it and who knows if they sign someone like Darnold if he doesn’t regress. Jaxson Dart won’t be ready but they must like someone and confident to get them if their willing to let Stafford go
  17. There were rumors that the Rams were tired of Stafford wife on social media don’t know how true it is . Does Jimmy G get another crack at a starting job
  18. without hindsight and knowing what BTJ did I would have had him 4th behind Odunze and ahead of BTJ
  19. There have been plenty of examples of very successful #2s who sign large contracts to be a #1 and end up failing. Giving Higgins 25-30 AAV imo is a bad decision. He’s had Chase across from him the last couple and he’s always had Burrow throwing him the football. That’s a deadly duo to help take pressure off of you. What happens when he signs with a team that doesn’t have that advantage. He’s prob not even on the Bills board due to cost
  20. I love Harris and his upside is more than Egbuka but Egbuka is such a smooth does everything well operator. Harris has a lot to do still . I also like Horton but there are too many questions for him to have him that high imo. If you had Horton at 8 or 9 I wouldn’t have bat an eye at you. One thing I love about Golden is he has no wasted motion. He catches, he sticks and accelerates. Too many guys juke or round turning upfield. Not Golden
  21. Paulson Adebo is my # 1 want but he’s probably going to fetch a pretty penny. A guy like Kristian Fulton might not be a bad play for someone cheaper. I will say maybe they bring back Jackson if they are trying to fill holes at it appears the Bills are now fully into the comp pick game and taking a guy like Jackson doesn’t count versus an Adebo If we trade Elam at this point it will probably be the old Boogie Basham pick swap. If we’re lucky we can get a 5 while giving up Elam and a 7th. I think that’s like best case scenario tho for the Bills
  22. I think they’re going more to man so I don’t think it’s going to happen
  23. Im going to be honest with ya, it doesn’t have the top guys of last years class for sure but I really really like the depth options in this draft. There are slot guys, vertical guys, route runners. Most of these guys are going to take a couple to establish but I could argue in rounds 3-5 especially that the WR class this year is better than last year
  24. Yea very very similar except for the fact of Isaiah Bond, which I can see why someone would have him higher to be honest with his speed and explosiveness. I have Royals at 11 and Felton will be very dependent on his 40 as he is a great route runner but I question his long speed
