I disagree that Torrence is the # 1 IOL in the draft. I believe that Skoronski is a Guard in the NFL and would be an excellent fit as a Bill as a Guard. I think from a fit standpoint at WR I’d go with Jalin Hyatt. The Bills need a burner opposite of Davis. I’d like to see Diggs moved into the slot especially as he ages to maximize his time left. I also think Diggs going in the slot will help Allen get back to throwing the short to intermediate passes that this team lost. Not sure I’d take Hyatt at 27 but wouldn’t get frustrated by it

Top Guards make way more than 7 million a year. We gave old ass Saffold 6 million. Seumelo is going to be in the 9-11 AAV.

Here comes the Franchise or Transition Tag.

I also thought about the Haason Reddick sack prop. The odds were like +144 that he wouldn't get a sack. I was like man its way more likely he wont get one with Mahomes than it is. Thought about it but didn't hit it up. Should have cause obviously he didn't get one.

Yup 1,000 dollar moneyline bet on the Chiefs. +100 so I got 2,000 all together

I hate to say it but Andy Reid and his coaching staff are the reason they won tonight. Mahomes wasn’t better than Hurts tonight, the Defenses were even. The two scores with no one around was all Andy Reid. Spags playing soft but cranking up the pressure when he needed to helping the defense get the Chiefs off the field.

Welcome to man kind in general as most people are pessimistic. Most people have a certain level of depression because they work their lives away with very little leisure or meaning to their life. It’s very sad but true. Their one hope is the Bills as their dopamine, passion, whatever and when they lose in the playoffs or in general it leads to that further depression again. It’s a very vicious cycle. Combine that with the Bills haven’t been very successful over the years and the build up shows. I love the Bills always have but I no longer allow them to be my sole source to live my life through. I have to compartmentalize that they aren’t in my top things that are important in my life. That I can’t let them losing ruin the next 72 hours when people need me to be there.

I love me some Dalvin Cook as an FSU fan and he is a good all around back but I think the tread is getting thin on the the tires. The Vikings rode him quite a bit early and he's starting to get injured. If a short term reasonable number then I can get behind it but anything over 6-7 is too rich for me.

yes and to be frank most head coaches are like this for right or wrong . Guys hire guys they know and trust more than the best guy

While a great fake punt, it’s a dumb play. It’s in the first preseason game, the Titans had a lead and no one was even close to playing their starters. Just seemed like a wasted good punt fake to me Some will say that they put it on tape so teams had to prepare for it but they never ran it again that year. Could have been they weren’t sure if it would work so try it in a non important game.

11-6 based on the strength of the schedule. Looks tough

Bills now no longer have 2 fifths but one fifth and one sixth

What was the damn condition on the pick? Hines didn't play a ton. Was it based on how many games he was active? He really only played ST -
Eagles 27 Chiefs 24

I think we’re honestly in a case of wrong time to have a franchise QB. I mean the AFC is absolutely loaded at QB including Allen while the NFC literally just has Hurts as their young breakthrough QB. Im not saying we won’t breakthrough ever but if we were in the NFC I think we would win 1 or 2 for sure. Can’t say that for sure in the AFC

OT…Daniel Jones about to be a very very rich man
gonzo1105 replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
I actually disagree with the Giants having needs all over the place comment. They need WRs, a TE, LB core. They have a lot of young talent on their Oline and Dline, set at RB pending they re-sign Barkley, and their secondary isn't bad but could use upgrades on the guys they have. If they add a high end WR, a good LB or two and a CB I think they are ready to compete with anyone pending Jones continues to project upwards. -

The smartest thing for the Giants to do is to Franchise Tag him and make him repeat or better the season he just had before committing long term to him. Surround him with better weapons this year and see if he takes another leap under Daboll and Kafka(if he doesn't get a HC job) -
I actually agree here. Everyone touts him as some star. He’s not overly athletic, his hands are hot and cold and I think he benefits from all the athletes around him. I know I sound like a psycho but I’d take him bulk him up and make him a HOF LT. I’m not joking either. As a 1st round TE not a shot.

Ryan Fitzpatrick better option for QB coach

Being an Analyst on TV, especially for Amazon, pays a lot better and has a lot less commitment to it than being an NFL QB Coach. -
Bengals DC Lou Anarumo interviewing for Cards HC
gonzo1105 replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall
Lou Amarumo and Mike Kafka would be the two guys I would hire in this cycle. No two coaches did more with less than these two this year. Amarumo runs a defense that doesn't have a lot of stars but constantly confuses and limits star QB's on the big stage. Mike Kafka worked with Daboll this year, elevating Daniel Jones to a level he wasn't even close too before, has a pedigree as a College/NFL QB, and he also worked under Andy Reid as their QB coach. How both of these guys aren't getting more looks is beyond me. -
Perhaps Kromer is overrated as an OLine coach?

Your Offseason Upgrades to the OLine
gonzo1105 replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the problem with their scouting staff is they rely too much on college tape and not enough on attributes that can be coached up to take a player to another level. Oliver, Basham, Epenesa dominated college football but were all maxed out physically and we're more of the ready right now to plug in type of players. That can lead to having a solid roster but not a ton of guys who can boom for you. I think Beane plays it safe too much in his picks to be honest. -
Should we trade Ed Oliver?
gonzo1105 replied to Floridagatorsbuffalobills's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I could get a 2nd round pick for Oliver I would do it. I'd also consider some package of a 3rd and 4th as well. He's not as productive as people give him credit for. This team needs young talented cheap contracts not bloated high end cap numbers for average/above average players. -
With Oliver Value Goes Beyond the Stat Line
gonzo1105 replied to Rich Stadium Original's topic in The Stadium Wall
He needs to go. Sorry but he's had 4 years and he's going to have a 5th. He was Aaron Donald Lite coming out and people expected him to be a force as a pass rusher in the NFL. He has yet to be that guy. People's excuse for him and his lack of sacks in college was because the University of Houston made him a Nose which wasn't his natural position. He's had two big bodies next to him in his career to take up blockers for him in Star and now Dequan Jones. It hasn't happened. He's a solid player but we could get his type of player and production out of a DT we draft in the 3rd or 4th round. He also had half a year without Von Miller to prove he could be a dominant force that teams had to account for and he did nothing. He may have been banged up a little this year but what about the previous 3. He was the 9th overall pick in the draft. -
Your Offseason Upgrades to the OLine
gonzo1105 replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well look over the offensive line list and tell me who you would want that isn't going to cost more than 6 million per season. That's how Free Agency goes. The top end guys get top end dollar(we can't afford), and then the rest are modest short term to reclamation projects, to stop gaps etc. Its easy to just rip off anyone but most guys aren't realistic. If you want a mauler who's big then Torrance from Florida is probably your guy in the 1st round from Florida. Mauch was a mauling FCS Tackle who will have to move inside and hopefully will be able to do the same in the NFL while providing athleticism. Saffold was considered a mauler and it didn't work out. If you want Maulers then we better get rid of the whole line cause none of them classify in that realm including Dawkins, Morse, and Bates.
